Laurel Glen Subdivision at Lake Lanier

I would put zero if I could. We built our house and moved in February 2018. So far so many things have gone wrong. The builders “lexes homes” installed a broken window and came and installed another one two weeks later. That one also cracked and broke and it took the foreman “Matt” five months to replace. Our driveway is white and rust tinted looks terrible because the construction workers mixed concrete and ga clay and didn’t even offer to fix it. We asked so many times and no one ever gets back to us. There are several cracks in the shower and not I mention the 8 inch crack in our garage and our front porch. They won’t fix it. They built our house untold to us on a downward slope and every time it rains there’s a pond of water in front of our house and full of mosquitos and Georgia clay. Our upgraded screen porch already popped off twice. Today it’s 98 degrees outside and our air conditioner broke. The foreman Matt who we are supposed to cal for emergencies , never answers . I guess we will pay a phone tech to come fix it and probably plan on taking these builders to court eventually along with several neighbors. Our floor creaks in several places already, and 4 outlets don’t even work. These people are a rip off. Do not use them to build.
