I had negotiated a cash payment for a car with another company. However, I was a little concerned because of all the negative reviews. So I continued to look for other dealers. I was so impressed with all the positive reviews with Mad Motors that I decided to call and negotiate a cash payment with his as well. The owner was very personable and polite. I was happy with his customer service skills, so I decided to purchase the car from him instead. He didn't disappoint. He was professional, kind, friendly and made myself and my mechanic felt like his family. My mechanic even said that he really like and trust him. I asked if he would be able to drop my car off. Not only did they take my car to me, but they also filled my gas tank. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Mad Motors. You will not regret it.

Being in the auto industry since 1988 I’ve seen some real scum at car dealers/lots... that you won’t find at Mad Motors!! Where to start... simply said... Kip is outstanding... I was looking for a specific truck and after searching all over the state, and a couple out of state, I stopped in to check out the one he had on his lot.. his trust/honesty/laid back approach are what seems like traits of the past. He 100% did what he said he would do for some outstanding items on the truck. He even took my truck I was selling and put it on his lot on consignment.
I would 100% buy another vehicle from Kip in the future (already looking at one on his lot).

My fiancé and I stopped by just to see what they had not really expecting to buy that same day as we were very specific in what we were wanting. Not once did we feel pressured to buy like with other dealerships we had been to before. They very openly answered every question we asked. What I liked the most was allowing my fiancé and I the privacy to discuss whether the vehicle was a fit for us. When we decided we wanted the vehicle, they had all the paperwork done well within the time of any other dealership without wasting all day there. I highly recommend just stopping by even if you don’t think they have what you want. They will welcome you and make you feel like family. Great job!!

Absolutely hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kip is a straight shooter. He hooked me up with a good quality car Nissan Ultima and he handled all the financing and even though I’ve been divorced and had to file bankruptcy he was able to get me a really good interest rate way better than any of the other big dealerships.
