I highly recommend Martina! She is honest and straightforward about all the procedures/disclosures involved with the sale. Our house was on the market for 3 years on and off with different realtors until i finally took it off and she reached out. I explained my situation, that I was in hardship and needed to do a short sale, and she listed the home as a short sale listing to give any buyer full disclosure. My previous broker didn't honestly list the home as a short sale so we lost a buyer.
