Mike Edmondson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with Mike Edmondson for almost 22 years. The reason I originally chose Mike was his willingness to personally speak to me on the phone and answer questions. Other agents would not. In the past 22 years Mike has personally stepped in and assisted me with auto claims that needed an extra push. Every time his efforts greatly helped my claim. Recently a hail storm severely damaged our home. The claims process was not going smooth. Mike personally stepped in multiple times and pushed the claims department to do the right thing. Hours on the phone… They eventually did the right thing on our home claim. This would not have happened without his help. I am very glad Mike Edmondson and his team are on my side. Not many left like Mike. If you want an agent who cares and is there for you. Mike is your guy.

I have been with State Farm and this agent for a very long time. They have always been very professional and their service excellent. If a payment was lost in the mail they always notified me in a friendly manner so I could correct the problem and not lose coverage and they have made it very easy to add and remove cars to my policy over the years.

My life hasn’t been easy these last couple years and when you pay for insurance you would consider being safe and having piece of mind and I believed that I had good insurance and was being helped by good people but after my house burnt down on Easter last year It has been the complete opposite experience since then I’m currently homless fighting with insurance to even get my car back I don’t feel like anyone has my back and I am constantly told to deal with it I don’t understand why I pay so much a month to have no one in my corner fighting with me it’s constantly against me and I don’t much appreciate this company like I once did no one is being reasonable and I have slowly stopped being another person and have became a number to them! Thanks for taking my thousands of dollars and not helping me

I canceled my home insurance but they told me that I never notified them, so they kept charging me for two more years and I didn't realize it until now, they renewed my policy without asking me and withdrew the money from my bank account, they didn't want to reimburse me at least part of it of that lost money
