I am so glad that we found this place! We have actually eaten there a few times now. I like to go to a place a few times before leaving a review. Their food is always amazing. Authentic Mexican food. Everything is delicious. We have tried many different things off of the menu and are always happy with what we get. The staff is very friendly and it is a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is more than willing to help you with anything and any questions you have. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. It is nice to have a local place that serves authentic delicious Mexican food. The pictures are not good quality that I have. And I should have taken more photos. But we are always so excited to get our food we just dig right in. 100% recommend trying this place. Fair pricing and you get plenty of food.

Great little family-owned business with flavorful food, great portions and prices, and wonderful service (shoutout to our waitress Amy and her sweet daughter Rosie)! We ordered the tableside guacamole, the chorizo cheese dip, the empanadas (beef and chicken), and the chicken fajitas. The guacamole was super fresh and delicious, and the empanadas might be some of the best we've ever had. Honestly everything was fabulous, and the portions were generous with very reasonable prices. We can't wait to go back, try more menu items, and continue supporting this business.

Been meaning to try this place sense they opened a few months ago. Finally had lunch there today. Sorry I took so long, the place is Great! First thing is they bring you chips and salsa as soon as you are seated. Chips were warm and the salsa had just the right amount of bite to it. My wife and I had the Queso Dip with Chorizo for an app and then shared the chicken street tacos. 4 come in an order. (Try putting some of the Queso Dip on the Taco, good combination.) The service was friendly & fast. The food was hot and tasty. This will be a regular stop for us now. MUST TRY!

New to the area and looking for that go-to Mexican restaurant spot. Stopped by at Salsa, and it was a fantastic experience! The owner (Israel) served us - he was very kind and super easy to talk to. He gave us recommendations on dishes and described them in detail to us. Food was amazing!!!! The salsa has a Smokey flavor to it with some spice - delicious. I had the chicken flautas - very tasty! Chile relleno presented in the photo!

This was out first time here!!! The waitress said they had been there for months without a sign. Now they have a sign and you know they are there.
The waitress was excellent!!! She brought everything out at the right time!! Refilled out drinks and we had great conversation with her!!! Next time we will be asking for her to wait on us!!! She was that GOOD!!!
The food is sooooo good!!! It tasted good and the portions were great as well!!!
The queso was good too and look at the size bowl they give you for the queso!!! This was a small!!!

I will have to say this is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Flowery Branch!!! Until they build another one that beats this.

Have picked up food here multiple times and it has been consistently amazing. The steak burrito and empanadas here are so good. Staff and owner are very friendly and always happy to see you. Definitely our favorite spot.

This place is awesome! I highly recommend it. I got the steak burrito supreme (sans sour cream and onions) and it was fantastic. It had just the right amount of rice (not too much) and was very fresh tasting. The tortilla itself was excellent. The salsa was also very fresh with great flavor. The service was also great! I really enjoyed it!

Came in today for the first time really liked it not too spicy I have a very sensitive stomach highly recommend I had their tacos chicken and steak and guacamole I will be back

I have had every Mexican Food Restaurant in Hall county Georgia several times over and have tried my share of Mexican cuisine in numerous other states as well so when I rate a restaurant at the Top you can be sure the list of contender’s was vast.
Salsa Mexican Bar and Grill has the authentic character and taste which really makes the other Mexican restaurants in this area seem like production line franchise establishments .
The absolute quality in every ingredient, the fresh and crispy peppers , onions and the seasoning of the meats as well as the tenderness and cooked just right.
I had the Texas fajitas nachos and crispy beef tacos and with so many different ingredients I was super impressed with the savory taste of each and every one.
Its a small restaurant with a small menu and a very loud singer on the mic but the Giant delicious Taste takes the Blue Ribbon for me .

The empanadas and the tamales were excellent ! Exceptional service to top it off.

I ordered the flautas and were delicious my wife ordered the enchiladas and were amazing I actually ended up ordering some more enchiladas to go. We definitely recommend this place.

This place is amazing!!! Great food and soups and the rice!!!! I must say the best Mexican food around!!!

Ordered dinner to go on a Friday night as our first experience eating. The girl taking our order was so sweet and helpful with all our questions on what to order. She quoted us the typical 15-20 min time frame, when we arrived food was being packed up.
Got home to eat and we were so surprised at the flavors of everything!! We now know why it's called Salsa... their house salsa was amazing. It has what we called a smokey taste to it. We loved it. And the fresh chips paired with was the perfect duo.
We ordered Texas fajitas and the seasoning they used was perfect. Everything cooked to temp.
We saw a sign for their specials on Taco Tuesday and already counting down til then! We will be back!

Salsa has been sold. The new owners have turned it into a Columbia food restaurant. I had never eaten Columbia cuisine. Let me tell you it was wonderful. I had a chicken dish it was fantastic. The flavor was spot on. It was tangy yet sweet but not to sweet with hint of citrus. The service was good. The new owners were very friendly. They are changing the name. I would recommend you give it a try.

Israel was so nice and welcoming! There were 8 of us and everyone agreed that Salsa has some of the best Mexican food they’ve ever had. The salsa verde was amazing! I highly recommend Salsa! It’s a family run business with amazing food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Stopped in yesterday for dinner and the food was amazing! They were very quick to seat us, take our order, and get the drinks out to us. The service was fantastic and she took great care of us! The food was AMAZING and FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this place over any Mexican restaurant around. They take great care of you and the restaurant was super clean and nice! We all loved it and was very pleased with everything!!

So good! Oh my goodness, the salsa was different from the other guys for sure! Had an extra zing and tasted so good...the HALF order of texas fajita nachos was enough food for two meals (of course I ate it all) my wife got chicken nachos and was very happy with hers as well! Service was top notch as well! This is one of those hole in the wall places that you shouldn't overlook!! We will be back!

Great spot. Chill location. Management/Employees provide a relaxed atmosphere for the public. Been eyeing this spot for a while. Glad I stopped by. Pricing reasonable and food was delicious. Finally stopped by today to try the food and ordered the Texas Fajita. I finished my plate well. Now I’m full and ready for a nap. The $5 house margarita was also fair. Could’ve been stronger but I probably would not have finished my plate lol. And the chips were awesome. Nice crisp and light enough to taste tortilla, salsa, and queso. 👍🏾
