Great service. Good prices on good used appliances. The salesman was very informative and helpful. We needed a rack for an oven and they hooked it up!

My experience with them has been amazing! They were so professional and reliable. I had issues with my electric plug and connections. They came and swapped my dryer out with a gas one and connected a gas line the very next day with no complaints. The washer and dryer work like new. I will be getting all of my appliances from them from now on and recommending all of my friends and family.

Very good customer service and supplied me with what I needed

I originally went to the capitol location just hoping they'd have an electric Samsung dryer to match my washer. The lady (think her name may have been Kim/Kimmy) was very very helpful, while they didn't have the one I was looking for there she knew she had an exact match at their Hampton store. Before sending me on my way she called the Hampton store and had the guy over there take a pic and send it to be sure. I went to the other store and made my purchase the next day.. well that Monday because I came in on Saturday. Anyway, the transaction was easy and setting up delivery was cool. Delivery was scheduled between 3-9p which is a crazy long window but whatever I cleared my evening to wait on my new 2 me dryer. My dryer did not get delivered until 9:48p! I was reluctant on giving 5 stars for that reason but I realize some things are out of the stores control to an extent. The only thing I'd have to complain about is the late delivery and no communication prior saying the guys may be running behind. Installation was quick and easy, dryer seems to be working just fine. Id shop with them again in the future.

My old fridge went out but my stove is used, but is in good condition so I didnt want to buy new. I wanted to buy something that was used that matched my stove. Initially, I went to the Capitol location they were very nice and friendly and had an assortment, but I didn't see anything I liked. So then I went to the Hampton location and the lady was so nice. I found one that looked almost identical to mine when I first got it. It was clean and in pristine condition with all of the shelves etc. I paid $320 with delivery included as well as curbside removal of my old fridge.

First of all, I'm happy that no one can even tell I got a different fridge. Secondly, I love it, its powerful, and is doing its job. And lastly, I really appreciate the removal of the old appliance. They warranty it for 6 months, but I've got a feeling that its definitely going to last more than that. Even if it didn't I know that I at the price point I'm paying, it would be like renting a fridge for $50 bucks a month if it did last 6 months, so I'M HAPPY! THANK YOU!!

Honestly I've never gotten appliances anywhere else. I prefer the 19 Hampton location. All of my appliances worked well and lasted me years. The lady on 19th Hampton was very sweet and actually gave me a discount since I was a returning customer. Typically have next day delivery and installation.

This place is awesome! My washer went out 2 days before Christmas and I was low on money of course. The owner made a special trip Christmas Eve around 7pm to his store to find me a washer that was in my budget!! I had family in from out of town.. Mike saved the day!! The washing machine was clean and has worked perfectly so far. I will buy again and have told all my friends! Thank you Nu 2U Appliances!

Bought it in a Saturday. Refrigerator was delivered on Monday evening as promised. Gentlemen who delivered it were kind and courteous. Nice guys. Hopefully the fridge lasts me a couple years. I mean, it’s a used fridge right? Highly recommend them.
