Jack L. Marcus Inc. Department Store

I haven’t been to Marcus since I was a child. Stopped in this week for furniture and honestly the staff was great! Everyone on the floor greeted us, was friendly, helpful and professional. The men in the furniture department were exceptional. The store was well organized and employees close by in case I needed any help.

I purchased furniture/delivery. Although my delivery wasn’t made on the day as expected the department did call the very next morning and explained what happened. Things can’t always go as planned but communication is always appreciated.

Marcus has a variety of home decor and I adore their selection of Greys Anatomy Srubs.

They have everything here, I love this store. It's truly a one stop shop

Jack L Marcus Inc. Is the place to go for scrubs. They had a variety available, all colors and sizes. I'll be returning for my next purchase.

Great deals on uniforms and scrubs. Much better than Walmart.

Edit: After a day I realized that the bottoms weren't the correct size ( I bought a set of scrubs) so I went in for exchange which was quicker than expected. Still recommend.

Ship stuff fast. Always good service reply fast.

This place is amazing. They have everything you need. I went for scrubs and they were en expensive which I liked because I didn't want to pay much money for them. The cashier was great she had good customer service skills which is nice.

Their furniture department has expanded alot over the years. Prices are below the competitors. I've bought my last two living room sets from here. Lots of accessories & accent pieces to make the look complete.

Birthdays tomorrow from my uniform yesterday and it's good price that my Jack is there also they were a good price not complaining about nothing

I used to work there years and years ago as a security guard with Frank. I love the way that Miss Ann runs Jack L Marcus. And if I had a chance I will work under her again because she is a straight forward fun-loving person.

Thiis is one of my special hidden treasures..the items here are special and unique...i purchased a glass vanity/makeup table with silver filigree edges..and its cloth stool..big feet bathroom floor matts one blue and the other pink..over the door racks to hang clothing on 3 one clear..one blue..one pink..concierge trash sweepers with dust pans attached 2..one teal green and one pink......rugs for the living room..love this store🌹

Well considering this place has been around since I was a kid when they started a million years ago on north ave to a beautiful expansion on Fondulac Ave tells me they are definitely doing all the right things. ALWAYS A COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS BASED BUSINESS. And they have stylish well priced items. They are also a go to place for families with individuals incarcerated and need government approved items sent to the different institutions. Thanks J. L. Marcus... not to mention their wonderful and extremely efficient online Amazon shopping service available plus excellent service from Lavon their Amazon Shopping Specialist.....

This place rocks for your school uniform clothes, scrubs, accessories and furniture needs. A spacious establishment I feel there is something for everyone that will not break the wallet. JL. Marcus is a Northwest MKE mainstay providing a valuable service to the community which I fully realized upon my recent visit. All staff I encountered were highly courteous and professional, not pushy or aggressive. I encountered the floor manager MS. Berry who answered all questions, is the epitome of retail and customer service efficiency. Her crew is well trained. A employee approached me just to say hello and let me know to ask for him if I needed assistance. They also have a clearance section next to the main store 50% off of furniture and rugs, etc. School starts soon, go to this place.

I went to three stores looking for long johns. Guess who was well stocked. Little store but great deals. Also very good clearance racks.

I Have Been Shopping At Marcus For Decades, Since It Was On 17 th North Avenue For Years. I Love Marcus Fr Fr N Always Will Be N Marcus Customers For Many More Years To Come. I Been Shopping At Marcus Since, I a Was N Little Girl N Now I Am N Over Grown Woman Up In My Fifties. One Of My Favorite Stores.
