Excellent service , they explained every coverage and every discount they apply to my policy , they always try to be in your side , to me they are the best agency in gainesville , people has to understand that they make your policy cheaper applying many discount , but is the insured responsibility to provide the documents to keep those discounts , by common sense if you don’t provide it the rate change .
