Cheese Krystals was exactly as ordered and they even give 10 percent military discount. Better than other Krystals in the area. Came back for more the next day and order was correct and food was excellent.

This Krystal is always awesome. The mature adult staff always friendly and helpful. The food is typical Krystal but the friendly service makes it special. My grandkids love it.

We went through the drive thru... the food was the worst I've ever had...the only thing edible were the fries...the coke was good

Aye at Krystals and staff was highly professional and nice.

We didn't have to wait in line long. They took our order rather quickly. We got to the window with minimal time of waiting. The fries were fresh and the woman was very kind to tell us that they were very hot. The lady was very polite unlike the people at Arby's.

Only a 3 because "corporate" thinks chili doesn't sell in Summer. Bring back my chili and you'll get a 5 😁. Update 2/20/2023, I promised a 5 if you brought back the chili. You did. Don't take it away again or you'll go back to a three (just kidding.... or am I?)

The lady Ms. FRANCINE helps with my anxiety, makes me feel better because she is so nice & happy. She always has me laughing. Of I have to wait on food, I don't mind because she keeps me updated on progress of my order.

They are so friendly and helpful! The order taker offered us a better value deal for our order and she even added an extra Krystal to our bag. She was very accommodating and it made our visit a much more pleasant one. We ordered the Sackful of 10 Krystal's for$6. It's a super value for the money.

To me this is the BEST place to eat in Lafayette! (Although they are pricey and slow 🙄)
*Side Note: don't let them lie and say they can't do ice cream!!! BC THEY ARE JUST BEING LAZY && THOSE STRAWBERRY SUNDAE 🍓🍧🥄 IS THE BOMB!

This place was absolutely amazing my daughter has been telling me about this location,as we are from Chattanooga and the level of service the quality of the food and the friendly staff are far better than Chattanooga...might i add i would travel a few country miles for that piping hot wet Krystal😋....you guys are greatly appreciated and thank you so much for that taste of old 👌♥

Always clean from outside to covers on food in prep area. Plenty of smiling faces work here. Great HEALTH inspection scores. Hires seniors. Caring management team.

Friendly Manager on 3rd shift. My son & I like to go late sometimes so we can laugh. Fresh food,fast service. Always feel welcome there.

The only one I enjoy eating at. The food is always fresh, the burgers are never too slimey (if you're a Krystal Burger fan you know what I mean), polite service and real sweet tea.

Even though the dining room was closed they actually come to the door and let us order after seeing us pull up with our RV in tow. Too low of a clearance for us to go thru the drive thru

Great food, fast and accurate drive-thru service. I have been traveling extensively for the last two weeks and this is the first fast food I’ve had that got my order correct! Kudu’s to the workers.
