I've had N Georgia Tire and Alignment exclusively work on my 1996 Bronco. They've done suspension work, alignment, tires and rotation, brakes and extensive front end repairs. Not just any shop touches my baby. These guys know what they're doing and don't charge an arm and a leg. It's a great shop because they're great people. 👍

Amazing Quick Service when ev1 else had a 2 week Lead time to have my front brakes Replaced and Rotors turned and the customer service was Awesome im a Machinist by Trade and they let me in the shop to see there Brake Lathe thats specific for Brake Pads thought that was pretty cool and Christian Decker was my sales Person he was Quick and to the point and was very friendly and also beat all the other brake shops Price !! Super Happy with the service i Highly Reccomend this Mechanic Shop Vs the Competition !!!!

Called them short notice in desperate need of a tire. Even with there only being 2 people, they got me in no problem and within an hour had the job completed. Clay was super professional, very communicative, and showed great passion for his job, and showed utmost respect for the other employee as well. Would recommend to any and everyone!

Clay was amazing. He was patient and made sure I was taken care of. He even stayed late along with his brother to make sure my tires were put on and I could drive home safely. He and his team are the best of the best and the customer service was top notch. Will definitely have my business going forward.

These people are honest and will go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. Not only did they stay after hours to make sure I could drive home safely, but they showed me everything and explained what was needed and why. They could have charged me A LOT more if they were trying to take advantage of me, but they did not do that. I will ONLY bring my vehicles here to be worked on. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was informed and okay with all of the work being done while I waited. I’ve been to many auto shops over the years, but they are hands down the best customer service and the most honest I’ve ever seen. My car needed brakes and rotors, among other things, and it drives like a brand new car! I’m so happy with their work. I don’t do many reviews, but these guys need a raise and all the praise!

I had a horrible experience with a dealership trying to get my subaru wrx sti rotors resurfaced do to heat marks, their solution was replacements at 400 dollars a piece. The wonderful crew at NGT didn't let me down. They resurfaced my rotors and they are like brand new! Thanks guys-

I had a blow out on the highway and, though they were extremely busy, they got me in, right away, made the repair and got me on my way again. Excellent customer service expert knowledge and the environment reminds you of going to the tire shop with your dad or grandpa growing up as a kid. It’s a classic. Yes they might be attached to a large tire store but they still give that “back in the day” tire shop customer service. Seating areas has couches and recliners which from personal experience will make you take a quick nap! Vending machines. You will not be disappointed!

Great shop; great staff. They do an awesome job with performance alignments and tire swaps for my “fun car”.

We were out of town and had car troubles. The guys at the shop for us in on a Saturday. Not only did they fix the problem they went above and beyond. They went to top our tires off with air since we were traveling and found that the inside of our tire had wore down almost to the point of blowing. They definitely saved us from a disaster by simply providing extra services.

I bought a car last year with nitrogen filled tires. I didn’t have a problem with that until the extreme cold days we had recently as they lost tire pressure. I called around to several places to find someone to fill them with no luck, until someone recommended North Georgia tire. I went by there and an associate took a tank out to the parking lot and filled the tires in a matter of a couple of minutes. On top of that he gave me some information I didn’t know about why nitrogen is used in tires. Anyways real quick and friendly service, I highly recommend checking them out.

I've known these guys, Clay and David Brooks, for many years and they're always professional. They know what they are doing and are very good at it. I won't take my vehicles to anyone else. I've had many services done and they get it done in a timely manner and always respectful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at NG Tire. They got our van in quickly, assessed and fixed it accurately and with speed because we had to travel with the vehicle. The customer service was excellent and they were so kind to us.
