Large portion sizes! First time at this location, I usually go to the one in Calhoun.

I would recommend the Porky Bucket with a side of their ranch. It's enough food for two people. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Man of smoke was delicious. The most tender and flavorful brisket I've ever had. Place was busy but service was responsive and the food arrived quickly. Great chips, great sweet tea, great cole slaw. Really, stop here and try it out, even if you're not hungry. Recommend!

This place always delivers. Get the loaded tots, or brisket, or pulled pork. Whatever you get you’ll be loving it! My only complaint is their sweet tea is too dang sweet but I’m not originally from here so all is forgiven! We drive 30-40 min for our bbq fix passing 4-5 other joints for this one!

Our waitress was perfection! Didnt get her name, but she was on top of everything. The food is fabulous!! Ask for one of the buckets! The tots, the cheese, the bbq, the sauce, and the sour cream.. all make for a perfect bbq dinner! ❤ Thatcher's is the best and has the best waitresses.. gotta try them

The best meal of our vacation! The waitress was so nice! The food was hot and delicious!! Mustard gold sauce was so freaking good, I will drive all the way from St. Louis just to get a bottle. Oh and the Mac and cheese is out of this world. Don't sleep on this place, they know what's up!! Prices are very reasonable as well. We will drive out of our way to come back!

Loved this place!! The food was all delicious and the service was excellent 👌 This was my and my fiancé's 1st time eating here but definitely won't be the last -- and he even agrees, which is rare for him!!!

I love the expansion. The burgers are very likely the BEST I've ever had. The buckets had so much awesome food piled on it that I wish I'd have work my Thanksgiving pants. The sweet potato tots are really good, & I've never been a fan of sweet potato anything. 😁

The food here is absolutely perfect. Interesting dishes of traditional Southern vegetables join well balanced smokiness on the meats they serve.
Every single person of the staff we interacted with were nice. The visit brought back memories of the days before Walmart and fast food chains took over.

Best location of the chain. Classic bbq and burgers with a tasty twist. Brisket is worth the drive. Pudding is a good choice if they are not sold out. Don’t wait until the end of the day for ribs, they might be gone or dry. This is my benchmark bbq location for NWGa and metro Chattanooga. Limited seating but worth the wait. They do a good many togo orders. The staff is awesome.

Their cowboy spud is the best thing ever! I am not crazy about bbq and I finally decided to try the cowboy spud. It is amazing and it's huge! I can eat it for lunch and dinner. Their prices kill me so I don't get to eat here very often but it's good food and good service. I once had an error in my call In order and they fixed it quickly and were very apologetic about me having to come back. Also try their banana pudding. It is homemade and soooo good! I also love their fried chicken salad. It is also huge! If the prices seem a bit high, just remember their portions are really big so you definitely get what you pay for!

Wow! What a great little BBQ joint! No frills here, just really good barbecue. I chose the "porky bucket", a tray that starts with tater tots, topped with melted cheddar cheese and shredded cheddar jack, then smoked chopped pork is piled on top. It's finished off with a healthy coating of sauce. It was delicious from the first bite to the last.

I literally can not say enough great things about this place. You walk in and are greeted with a smile. The waitress was quick and helpful. The servings are HUGE. We started with the cheese curds and they came out on a tray, looked like an entree! Everything we tried was AMAZING. The food was perfect temperature but came out very quickly...and they were very busy at the time. The waitress kept the sweet tea coming! Can not wait to go back!

I recently stopped in this restaurant on a road trip and was pleasantly satisfied with the food and service. There is not much seating and minimal staff like everywhere but they are happy to serve you and the food is great. If you don’t have patience, then go to a fast food restaurant and leave places like this for customers that appreciate good BBQ.

I have had bbq in a lot of places and there's usually at least one thing I can point out that would be better if done differently. This is the first time everything we had was so good and cooked so deliciously, all we could do is eat it and just be amazed how fresh and great tasting everything was! Brisket slaw fried pickles and really good fries and okra! Sauces were perfectly seasoned and well balanced with flavor sweet tart and heat. Can't wait for Friday to come back and try the ribs! I hear they're special! Thanks for the great service and food!

I ordered the bbq pork stuffed baked potato and it is HUGE and delicious. Totally worth it. My 5 year old got the mini pork sliders and French fries and really enjoyed it also. He says double thumbs up!

everything we've had here has been beyond expectations, absolutely great food and alot of it. Wife and I split a dinner as it's too much. Staff is super pleasant and more than attentive and friendly. Mac n Cheese is homemade and casserole style.. Overall great place. actually glad it's a bit of a drive or I'd be there too often.
