Went to purchase an ATV for farm use. I had called a few days before going and talked with Samuel inquiring about used. Sammy said they had a couple that may fit my needs. After telling me about what was available, I selected the one I liked most. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted within just a few minutes. Sammy was called and even though he was busy with other customers, he made sure to stay in contact with me. We went through the ATV from front to back and Sammy answered all my questions. We agreed on a price which was approved and I left with a high quality used ATV. Sammy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I guarantee if I ever decide to upgrade or purchase another vehicle, I know where and who I will deal with. Thank you Sammy!!!

Southern Honda Powersports is the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had!
I was in the market to replace my motorcycle and decided to search for a Honda Gold Wing. Dealerships near me in my home state had an inventory of one to no Gold Wing models. The two dealers that had a bike wear adding costs to the MSRP.
I did an internet search and found this dealer had the model and color I wanted at a price below MSRP!
I called and got immediate good service over the phone and continuously via texts. We made the deal, I was provided the VIN, I sold my motorcycle locally, and I rented a trailer to travel to this dealership in Tennessee the next to complete the purchase and trailer the new motorcycle home.
They had the motorcycle ready and waiting for me to load up after going over features of it with me.
It took me more time to load and secure my motorcycle on the trailer than it did to complete my purchase. Plus, they had added an accessory tie-down device to the motorcycle free of charge!

Surprise: they had 7 new Gold Wing bikes in stock when I could only find 2 at seven dealers in my home state.

We recently purchased an ATV for our son. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Hayden in sales to Jordan in finance. We came back a few weeks later with our son to purchase a helmet. Brent took really good care of us. He helped our son try on helmets to find the one fit along with finding other accessories. This dealership went far and above my expectations of any dealership. There are zero dealership fees, so the price you pay is MSRP, destination fee, license/title, and taxes. The price ended up being the lowest of any of the dealerships within a few states of me. I can rave about their unbeatable prices, but the customer service was even more amazing. Gus was super helpful in answering all my questions, and he made the whole process of purchasing the bike really simple- no annoying tactics other dealerships use. He also gave me a few pointers for riding and strapped the bikes into my pickup for me. Definitely worth the two hour drive for my bf and me.

Sammy was awesome to work with, he made the purchase easy and got a great price. He was able to complete the purchase and answer all my questions remotely. He sent a detailed video of the bike I was looking at and pointed out everything I asked for. When I am ready for another bike I will defiantly be coming back!

I began a search online for a Rebel 300 ABS as a first bike for my Daughter. I contacted numerous dealers looking for the best deal. Sammy from Southern Powersports contacted me. He answered all of my questions, did not pressure me and gave me a quote better than any other dealer within 200 miles. We agreed on a deal over the phone and my Daughter and I drove to the dealership. Sammy met us and was very friendly and helpful. When we were looking over the bike I found a small issue. He immediatley contacted the service department and had the problem resolved in 30 minutes. The entire process was very enjoyable and the deal they gave us was much better than other dealers. Well worth the drive. Once paperwork was done, they assisted with loading the bike and tying it down in the back of my truck. I highly recommend them. Talk to Sammy, he will take care of you!

Great staff, friendly, highly recommended. Mitch and Marc were extremely helpful. I got my gold wing in 1 hour including the loading to the trailer. Mitch gave me his own straps to tie it and Marc secured the bike to the trailer professionally as if he is doing for his own.

I live 6 hours away from Chattanooga and made the drive to purchase a 2024 Rancher 4x4. The price was better than anything around, very very fair. No hidden fees or up charges, the deal was as straight forward as they come. I was undecided on pulling the trigger but Billy was an amazing salesman and sealed the deal. I didn’t feel pressured into anything or rushed to put in a credit application, he was very professional! I can not state enough how much I appreciated his demeanor, it was refreshing to have a salesman who didn’t seem like he absolutely needed a sale. And I mean that in the best way possible, it’s one of the biggest reasons I purchased the atv, he gave me time to look over my options and came back to check up on me and see where I was at with everything and answered any questions I had. If you appreciate a salesman who doesn’t push you too hard one way or another he’s your man! His attitude along with the unbeatable price I had to go home with Honda! I would absolutely make the drive in the future if I ever want another Honda!

Customer service and Pricing are 10/10. Was searching for a Honda Grom and was able to get one for roughly $700 cheaper than the next quote. I arrived to the bike cleaned and waiting. Paperwork was already waiting also. No time wasted, this place has it things in order. Also, the salesman Mark was awesome, helped load, made sure thing matched the paperwork, etc. He left no stone unturned before I left

Happy with my new bike. Everyone was really nice and patient. My salesman, Gus, was excellent and really helped me out.
