AT&T Store

Alex was absolutely wonderful. So happy I came to this store for our new cell service.

I tried to buy a pre paid phone today from this store and was told att doesn't carry these phones anymore. My sales assoicate informed me if I bought a prepaid phone from somewhere else she would get my information transferred over to my new phoe which she did in record time. Best customer service ever. She went above and beyond to make a customer happy.

All the employees were very nice and respectful. They know what there doing and get you out as fast as possible without making you feel like there rushing you. I suffer with severe PTSD and the patients they showed me was awesome. Ty to the whole crew there

Harlee!! Harlee is the best person to run this store, and any store. She knows the answer to any question and her personality makes your visit great all on its own. She informed me of eligible discounts applying to me and I left with a new phone, case, popsocket and insurance, as well as becoming a regular and loyal customer! She is the bright face of this location and I’ll recommend her for any and everyone!!!

Fast and friendly service. No pressure to buy stuff I didn’t need but definitely had lots of choices of stuff to buy. Staff was great.

Excellent location and staff. I was able to get in and out very quickly for a phone upgrade. The staff also notified me of current promotions that I could take advantage of that I wasn’t previously aware of. Great customer service!

I think harlee is very sweet and helped me figure out why my bill was so high every month and how to lower it by taking off things I didn’t need.

Came by a few times to go over my option of fixing my phone or getting a new one and Morgan and Devan were super helpful with helping me go over new phone options and trying to fix my current phone and Jonathan actually helped me get my current phone working again! Stacey was very helpful and went out of her way to help me get my phone fixed. I went in that store a few days before that and Meaghan did not want to help me and told me there was nothing she could do for me and that she needed to get me a new phone. I could not afford a new phone when the one I had could be fixed! Will not go back unless stacey is there.

Megan really was a life saver! I needed a way to drop my bill to a more affordable level and after a quick bill analysis, she was not only able to drop my bill significantly but could even add a new tablet 😁
