The food and service here at Monterrey never fails us. The food’s quality is always consistent. My wife loves the drinks and the quesbria tacos. Carmen was our server. When you please ask for Carmen, she is best.

Me and my bf always order the same thing, chicken fajita nachos, and i get birra tacos, we always get good service no matter whos swrves us , todays waiter carmen was realy nice, thank you. This place has realable taste and customer service.

My husband and I stopped here to have lunch on a Monday. We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was…. I had a Taco Salad which was HUGE & he went with the “lunch special” Chicken Fajitas. Everything was hot and seasoned well, the portions were LARGE and they even had a Monday Margarita Special for like $7.99 that was SOOOOOOOOOOO FREAKING GOOOOD!!!! The service was AMAZING as well! Thank You to our server Luz. She really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was one to remember. We will definitely be back!

Great location, just down the road from the Gwinnett Stipers minor league baseball. Want Mexican before or after the game? Head here. The food is fresh, hot, and authentic. Very friendly staff and the service is excellent. Very delicious. Highly recommend when in the Buford area.

This is my go to, feel good, yummy Mexican restaurant! I am treated well from the moment I walk in the door, and the staff remembers me. Linda is especially great since not only does she give amazing service, but it’s like hanging out with a best friend. Thanks for all the years of amazing food and fun!

Our waitress was Linda and she was so sweet and attentive. She made it a really enjoyable experience! The food is always delicious and hot. So glad this place is down the road, but it’s worth the drive even if it isn’t!

Ummm really good actually. I was surprised, but everything turned out well. Even the sweet tea I asked for was like perfection. Carne asada is great. Very juicy. I got a well-done it didnt come burnt. The salsa and chips are really good. Not super oily like other Tex-Mex places I’ve had. A major key here is the Jalapeño Cheese Dip.
Oh. My gosh So good. So good.
The corn tortillas also did not crumble while eating.

We love this place. We’ve had many chill date nights here with good food, strong margaritas, and really great service every time.

Monterrey is one of the best restaurants in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area. Service, food and atmosphere are all 10/10! You will thank me directing you here!
