Great customer service! Scott went out of his way on a Sunday evening while off the clock to make sure I had my truck ready for the work week. I really appreciate this considering this is how I make my living. You don't find many people who care about customer service anymore. Thanks Penske Gainesville 🙂

While on our way from Florida to Virginia with a fully loaded truck and trailer, our A/C stopped working. We were hot but we didn’t care. It became a problem though when it started raining and we couldn’t see because the windshield was fogging up!! Lucky for us though we just happened to be driving 15 minutes away from the Penske repair shop. Sarah was able to get us right in! Douglas and Shawn diagnosed the problem and within an hour he had it fixed! We were just grateful that we were able to get it taken care of but Sarah went above our expectations and was able to compensate us with an extra day for drop off and a refund of hundred bucks! Great service! Awesome people!
