Sam's Club

My car battery died at the parking lot of Sam's Club, which luckily has an automotive group and provides battery replacements. Even though we did not have an appointment, we talked to the team and were helped by Walter, an extremely kind and patient man who understood the severity of the situation and helped to boost the battery and subsequently replace it for a brand new Duracell AGM. It was done in no time and we were on our way home. I can't thank enough the automotive team for accommodating us. Keep up the great work.

Sam's club was nice deff good to go to for bulk items. Some things seem to not be worth it honotly. But for a big family. Yes. Price will add up quick also

On the way down to Milwaukee to bowl in the Women's State Tournament from Green Bay, I got a "low tire pressure" indicator on my car. This was the closest Sam's Club I could find on our route. I stopped in the Tire Center and explained what was going on to BJ. He asked me to pull around and he would check which tire was causing problems and put in some air in to get us by. He found a nail in one of my tires, he said they would fix it but it would take alittle bit (he knew we were under a time crunch to get to the tournament). We waited for the tire to get fixed and were able to get to the tournament on time. I am so grateful to BJ for his help; the story may have ended differently if BJ wouldn't have taken the time to help us out. Thanks again BJ for the awesome customer service. You rock!

It is great having the phone app helps me shop. This app is better than Costco's

Always busy but usually has plenty in stock and friendly staff who will always try their best to help. Our 3 purchase for my girls we have a kitchen, Barbie mansion, and now market place. Quality is awesome and even with assembly required it's well worth it!

Super happy with bakery staff. The assistance I received in choosing the cake and design was excellent. The cake decorator used her creativity and talent to pull it all together resulting in a final product that was fantastic!

Great experience, good prices, good customer service, and very friendly people, got me in and out. Best club I been too!!!

Sometimes it gets very bust but this place is clean and well organized.

I’ve been a member and have been coming to this location for a while I’m mixed about it.

Sometimes the food bar is open sometimes it’s not. It’s always really good.

Some items not available as if it is the location on South 27 they have a little bit of more variety and more people at the food bar.

Love the scan and go app. Good reasonable prices. Great assortment of snacks.

Real easy to navigate through this store. Lots of surprises in each aisle. Free samples galore. Friendly and helpful store associates. Great smelling bakery. Love this store and so will you.

Tbh I prefer this location over the 27th location. This place is way more organized, clean and always more stocked! Staff is way more willing to help. Check out is a breeze. Kitchen staff for the hot food isn't always in a good mood but food is still hot n good.

A lovely place to get things at wholesale price

The Customer Service that I received from the gentleman at the self service check was awesome. The associate took the time and shown me the Sam's Club app which would allow me not to have to wait In line. He was very pleasant, polite and very knowledgeable and I think that he is definitely someone that I would want working for me. Please let him know that I said to keep up the Good Job.

Enjoyed having the scan and go feature on the app. Makes your shopping visit quick without standing in long lines.

I have been a member for over 20 years. The deals are great on whatever you are looking for. Food products come in family size packages so make sure you can use it or freeze it. They do have a pharmacy that carries hearing aid batteries, protein drinks among the normal items it sells. There is automotive, clothes, mattresses, refrigerators, paper supplies, tools, computers, etc. The yearly fee goes back to you because you save money shopping with Sam. 👍 The associates are helpful and friendly. If you have a family of 4 or more you will appreciate Sam's.😉

I love Sam's club. They always have a big selection of big variety of things. When I went into the store I first saw a lot of Halloween items but they also have a lot of Christmas decorations up very pretty very comforting. Can't forget Thanksgiving I did see some beautiful floor mats which is part of their Thanksgiving decorations.
