Very well pleased with with quality of material, the look, the roofers were hard workers and did an excellent job. Very impressed with the roofers on how hard they work to tear off two layers of roofing and install my new roof in one day. The workers were very conscientious of our landscaping and protected it very well so that none of our flowers and shrubs were damaged. After they were through roofing they were very cautious on cleaning up our yard and making sure that no debris was left. The representative we had his name was Jacob and he is very excellent at watching over all the work that was done and making sure everything was ready, the workers were ready and communicated very well. We highly recommend this company.

William with Over the Top roofing did a great job diagnosing and fixing a leak in our roof. Their priority is making sure you feel like the job is more than taken care of!

Anthony at Over the Top Roofing was such a help with our storm repairs. He had to do double work as our insurance company would not come out due to covid. He was able to assess all storm damage for us, not just the roof, and we had plenty. He worked with the insurance company to cover all necessary repairs. THEN, the work was completed in a very timely manner and done very professionally. The yard was cleaned and looked great when they left. Jeremy was easy to work with and was very professional. Over the Top Roofing replaced the roof on our newly purchased home a few months prior to being put on the market. After we purchased the home, we noticed a portion of gutter that wasn't attached, causing it not to drain properly. I contacted Dylan to see about the gutter repair and to get details on their recent roof job in case there was any sort of warranty transfer details. He was quick to send someone out to repair the gutter and provided all the recent job details, as well as the website for us to transfer the warranty to our name. Dylan Reddell went above and beyond for my family. We were going to loose a battle with our insurance company if it weren’t for him. He kept on them. He communicated with me. When he said he’d be at my house for estimates and the work. He was there. I have not seen a young man work so hard in a long while. He is so knowledgeable and kind. We got a new roof, gutters, and more then I ever expected to get out of filing a claim. Our roof is already on and it looks amazing! They were fast efficient and cleaned up everything well. Over the top is great to work with. They provided excellent communication throughout the repairs for my roof and siding from hail damage. The repairs were all done correctly and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed within the time frame I needed. I was recommended to them by a friend and I would recommend them to my friends.

Anthony was really helpful about getting all of our repairs fixed or install new. He was very upfront on prices and his crew was very good at cleaning up their mess. We are very pleased with all the work that was done. He also got us fixed up with a ceiling repair with Gary Pledger. We had water leak stains on our ceiling. They came in and took the old popcorn type down and replaced with a better ceiling. We were very pleased with them also. All in all, a very pleasant turn around. We would recommend this company with high scores.

As a result of a hailstorm in 2020 I contacted Dylan from Over The Top Roofing. It was an insurance claim and Dylan proved himself to be quite valuable in regards to making sure that the insurance company had all the details they needed in order to give me the most accurate assessment of the damages to my house.
This included him physically getting on my roof, marking it in detail all of the areas of damage including the vents, the gutters, the roof caps, and of course the shingles. He must of taken a hundred photographs documenting the damage. At my request he e mailed them to me for my file.
He met with the insurance adjuster at the time of her inspection and gave her all the information to make sure she did not miss anything. At a later point he noticed additional damage albeit minor, to my garage door and was able to have the insurance company cover the costs for replacement on that as well. This was not something that the adjuster had noticed initially so that was a great benefit to me.
When the day of installation arrived they were able to complete it in a day and did a complete clean up. They did a good job of protecting my back deck too.
When it came to reconciling the bill there was an error made by the insurance company and Dylan was able to adequately explain to them the error and they subsequently called me advising that they would make the adjustment.
That's the good thing about Dylan. He is really knowledgeable about the different insurance companies policies and he knows how to address each one according to the situation. It really made me comfortable knowing that he had my back and that I didn't have to spend a lot of time trying to figure things out because I really hate dealing with insurance claims and apparently Dylan loves it.

After a hail storm earlier this year in Spokane Mo., Mark Reddell from Over The Top Roofing came through the neighborhood offering to do a free roof inspection. After the inspection damage to the roof and gutters was found, I decided to go ahead and let Mr Riddle take care of getting hold of my insurance and to let Over The Top do the necessary work. Mark was very easy to work with and he had a great crew from the roofers, gutter installers, and clean up personnel. Highly recommend them.

The father and son team of Mark, Dylan, and Geoff went above and beyond to make the entire roofing process painless after our roof was damaged by hail. Not many people enjoy dealing with a re-roof and the headache that goes with it as a homeowner, but these guys walked us through the entire process and addressed all of our questions and concerns. These guys are ahead of the curve with the drone inspection technology they use and their report made it clear to us (and our insurance adjuster) that there was significant damage to our roof. The Over the Top team was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from filing the claim to the actual installation. We are extremely happy with our new roof and would definitely recommend the guys from Over the Top if you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needing a new roof or roof repair.
