Mobile service is a great idea, I’m sure services offered via mobile will increase with time and expansion of equipment and trucks. The communication between corporate and local dealerships needs improvement. I was happy they came to me to repair my door latches that had been recalled.

I bought a new F150 Lightning at All Star from out of state and the purchase couldn't have gone any smoother. Lee Faist was incredibly helpful negotiating the transaction, dealing with my many questions and concerns, and in completing the purchase. Lee and Donald Reed gave me a great buying experience the day of, from the moment Donald picked me up at the airport, to when I drove away in my new Lightning. Donald walked me through getting acquainted with the truck, and stayed with me until I left. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a vehicle at All Star Ford again.

I will definitely give 5 Stars to All Star!! 🏁🏁 Especially to Ms Marian Johnson!!! She was Awesome!!! I'm not from Louisiana, this was my first time in Prairieville. I saw advertised a little red Smartcar online and was curious really not planning to buy because I thought they were electric and I don't need anything else that needs charging!! When I arrived, Ms Johnson met me as soon as my feet hit the pavement with Such A Welcoming Smile that even though the car I came to see was already sold, I stayed to see what she was offering. Just in was another little Blue Smartcar Passion Convervatable. Hadn't even been serviced yet. She took me over to see it and she was awesome. It was like buying a car with your best friend. We went for a very short test drive around the parking lot and that was all I needed. Sold!!

They were also so nice to let me bring in my Chihuahua puppy while doing paperwork and not have to leave him in a vehicle. Another salesman even brought Gizmo a treat to eat. Wonderful friendly people!!

I don't believe there are many Smartcars around the Lafayette area because I can not go anywhere without several people coming up to look, ask questions, and take pictures. I have told Each and Every One of Them, and it's been alot, TO GO SEE MS MARIAN JOHNSON AT ALL STAR FORD!!! She will do you right!! You will definitely be happy!! I know I am.

I purchased their dealer ordered 22 Explorer XLT. Vehicle was in transit for approximately 2 months. During that time All Star kept me very informed with regular updates. We took delivery about 1 month ago. The purchase process went extremely well. Very streamlined and got us finished in less than an hour. They did a great job and believe me I am a very demanding customer. The building and facilities are very nice, modern and clean. My salesman Sou was very good. He answered every question I had.

When I arrived I was greeted and check in was smooth and received a phone call telling me what I needed done. Work was completed faster than I thought it would take. Work was finished correctly.

Had an appointment for the Works Package. This is for an oil change, tire rotation, filter check, and fluid check. All was done in about 30 minutes. I saw teamwork by the service hands. By this they had two working on my vehicle. Orlando my Service Advisor as always was polite and quick in getting my vehicle into service.

Had the best salesman ever! Mr. Tyson made my transaction as seamless as possible. I got more than expected for my trade-in. If you want a new car or truck, go see Mr. Tyson, he is very polite and gets the deal done!!

Went into All Star Lincoln for a standard oil change and inspection! They found a small leak in my tire which they were able to patch and it didn't take any more time than a normal oil change would have.

Very professional and courteous staff with a nice lounge area, they definitely deserve five out of five stars.
