This shop has definitely went through some very good changes! I went in on Christmas Eve and found two of the most helpful people I've ever dealt with over the few times I've been here. I believe they went above and beyond what one would have normally got when helping me pick out some glass art gift for my wife. It's starting to get rare that people are that kind and helpful and it feel genuine and not forced by management. The shop is always been clean when I went in and never appeared to have a harsh atmosphere. I would definitely suggest them if anyone asks.

Been here twice since i live an hr and a half away, clean store, huge selection, awesome friendly staff. I had questions about things and the girl behind the counter had zero issues explaining how things worked. Will recommend to everyone who asks where a good shop to visit is. This particular time we went to visit, it was a bogo sale, absolutely worth the drive.

Best vape shop around. Love the sales they have. The points you earn are great and free money. The staff are a bunch of misfits and I love them. They are nice and polite and the very definition of chill. They always make me feel like they are happy to be helping me and answering my questions and that is retail customer service gold. In my book xhale city and staff are listed under "no brainer".

Jordan is the best employee here (tall guy with nice beard), super knowledgable, laid back, and always make going to this location worth it.

The 2 people that were working when we went there were knowledgeable, kind n extremely honest n helpful. We will be returning there again.

I'm happy with my purchase I wish they did lay-away .. They have some artsy glass your going to wanna pay$$$ for.

The cashier was really professional not all up on you pressing top dollar .. He was real cool helping me make a dicision.

We shop here mostly for vape products.

This Xhale City is great. You walk in and it's very open and clean. All the glassware is displayed well and organized. They have a wide selection of papers and wraps. The woman that helped me pick out a dry tobacco vaporizer was very knowledgeable and inviting. If I need any tobacco products I will definitely return.

Great place. They have tons of different choices. Wide variety of stuff. I bought a vape this morning I was having issues with it so I called to ask for some help and they told me to come in. I went and and they went above and beyond to fix my issue. I will always go there for everything I need. Great group of guys working there!
