I have taken my kids here a few times and have had great service! They were able to get me in short notice when I called needing a sports physical same day for my son! The ladies are very sweet!

Showed up at 4:00 This walk in clinic they said I have to come in by appointment. The door says walk in clinic. They close at 5. My 6 yr old daughter is sick. There was only two people in the lobby and they were together. What a joke I will never come back to this place again. They wanna turn away business they will eventually lose their business. Especially not seeing sick little ones the day after christmas. Have a heart! I get it if it's busy. They can't help it but this place did not look busy at all. Bahambug to this place.

This place absolutely sucks so bad it’s a waste of time going to. I work 70+ hours a week and I showed up two days back to back at 4:20pm and another time at 4:35pm both times got turned away do to no appointment when no one is there then the next day says “we are too booked” to see you then tries to schedule an appointment. Also soon as I walk in the front desk lady goes “omg to the nurse and tells her I can’t accept him…. “ You close @5pm . waste of time very disrespectful horrible place . I see why no one recommends this place complete garbage… it literally says WALK IN on the building…

2 of my family members have covid, including one in my household, I missed 2 days of work sick, i work out in the public so my work wants a negative covid test for me to return to work, just called to get a rapid test but they said they couldnt give me one because I currently do not have symptoms, that they dont give tests for people to go back to work. So how many people have you turned away that might have had covid? How many people have covid but no symptoms? Your doing nothing to help prevent the spread, I will never use ready clinic again.

I thought this was a walk-in clinic! Yesterday I took my husband to be seen (a little after 9 am) and the receptionist set him an afternoon appointment. After driving from Summerville this was very disappointing.

Terrible place to go.
