These people are wonderful. They truly care for their customers...even well after the sale. Bought our car here and one for our daughter, and have had to return a few times for this, that, or the other. Every time we've been treated as though we've known them for years. We're in the market for another car in the next six months or so, and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Excellent experience buying an older but very well maintained Trailblazer. We were in and out in 20 minutes. We paid and then just had a couple of papers to sign. The water pump went out a couple days after we got it and they fixed that even though it was an "as is" sale. They also included free oil changes for as long as we own it. We couldn't b more pleased with the customer service and quality of the experience we had at Queen City Motor.

Bought a little Nissan Versa from QC and 1 week after I bought it, the slave cylinder went out. I thought for sure I would have to eat the towing and service. These guys had the car towed and replaced the part at no cost to me. Then I drove the car to PA for Thanksgiving 2500 miles round trip. Couldn't be happier with the car and the people at QCM! A++

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFULL!!! We had called a few times before we actually went in to look around, and they were never once rude to us. When we finally got the chance to go up there, they were so inviting and didn't get upset because we had to bring all three of our boys, in fact, they even made sure my boys had somewhere to sit as well. It was a quick and easy process and we actually got into a car that we never thought we would even be approved for. I love my Kia Sedona so much already. Thank you Queen City for the great experience!!

I have purchased two vehicles from Chris. The first one in 2015 and my second this year, 2020.
I have been beyond happy with both experiences! Chris and the entire Queen City team are there to make your car buying experience easy! They won’t stop until you are a satisfied customer! I had a couple issues arrive with my first vehicle after purchasing it. Chris was quick to help me resolve those! I am thankful for this locally owned car dealership I now call family!

Took my cousin to Queen City Motors yesterday just to show her other options she would have for trying to trade her vehicle in after being intimidated by a different dealership visited earlier that day. Blown away by how easy her vehicle purchasing experience was yesterday! They were honest, informative, helpful, and completely fair and reasonable in everything they offered. We purchased a Suburban from Chris several years ago. He was easy to work with and we had a great experience! In fact, after we moved out of the area and our car needs changed, we returned to him to trade up to a Honda Odyssey this past summer. Chris has always gone WAY above and beyond to help us find the vehicle we wanted, the financing that fit our budget, and any follow-up service in our warranty plan! I have recommended him to many friends!

Over the last several years I have purchased a total of 4 vehicles from Queen City. My first purchase was years ago when I had horrible credit and Chris worked for days and got me approved. After a couple month I was in a wreck leaving that car as a total loss. I was devastated I’d put so much effort into finally have a nice vehicle. I contacted Chris to see if he could help me get a new vehicle with the little money that I had, not only did he find me another one... but he found one just like the one I had wrecked. I was so excited. I drove that car for a few years and worked on my credit then went back in and was able to do an upgrade to a newer vehicle which I currently still drive. A few months ago I reached out to Chris again about a tricky situation. I wanted to purchase a vehicle for my mom who’s car was on its last leg, but I wanted to do it as a surprise for her. He was more than willing to help and accommodate and again worked tirelessly to get my approved for a second auto loan since I am still paying my first and had purchased a home this past year. After some effort he found someone willing to finance me with my current debt to income ratio. Now my mom has a pretty new car to drive and is a Queen City Fan for life too. Knowing she has something to drive that has an amazing warranty along with it makes me happy. I’ve literally grown with this business. Purchasing my first car there shortly after they first opened. No matter how much they have grown, or how popular they’ve come they always remember their customers. I’ll never shop anywhere else!

I can't say enough good things here! I was looking for a new mechanic shop, & I'm positive I found a good one! Thanks to the referral of a close friend.

This shop has just about everything you could need, to do just about anything to your vehicle that needs done. To my understanding they do most anything, EXCEPT for rebuilding engines/transmissions.

Staff: The gentlemen I dealt with were outstanding! They were helpful, friendly, & quite knowledgeable.
The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was thorough, & professional.

Shop: The office part of the building was clean, & fairly well maintained. From what I could see in the garage, it looked pretty kept as well.

Of mention: I believe they offer discounts, to essential, frontline workers. Something to consider, if you are a person in that qualified group.

Synopsis: I'm very happy that I discovered this place! I HIGHLY recommend.

10/10 will visit again...

I’ve purchased several cars from Chris and I’m not ever going anywhere else. No games. No gimmicks. Had my windows tinted and wheels coated in a couple of days. Paperwork all ready to sign when I picked it up. Out the door in minutes! Prices as good as anywhere else with a much better relationship.

I’ve purchased two cars from Chris at Queen City Motors. The first was a 2014 Nissan NV for my family. The second was a 2018 Toyota 4Runner for myself. Both experiences were smooth and easy. Chris and team are super professional. Will definitely do business there again.

I'm had a great experience at Queen City Motors! Tom and Chris made buying a car enjoyable. They bent over backwards to get me into exactly the car is wanted and stayed within my budget! I'm would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

I had an amazing experience at queen city motors! I arrived at 4pm and was out of there at 6pm with a brand new car! I was never once pushed in a direction to make a choice. I was asked what type of vehicle I was wanting and the payment range that I could afford these guys were very upfront and honest! By looking at some of the reviews I was surprised that some were unhappy if you are serious about wanting to buy a car they will do their best to make it happen and now I get to drive around in a beautiful Lexus with low milage and a great warranty..... thanks for being so amazing I will be back!!

I never write reviews but after checking my credit score I had to! I came in at the end of their day. I have student loans and knew I would be swindled into an outrageous payment and old junk car. They pointed me to a 2019 vehicle that was perfect! 2nd row but not a minivan...I was done with the process within 1 hour! Not only was my down payment 3 times lower than I expected but they cared enough to let me take my vehicle home and charged my card the next day! Today I looked at my credit score and it went up 61 points after 2 payments. Amazing experience all around! I will be back in July for my daughters first car.

Bought our 2012 Terrain last month from these guys and they are all amazing! No hassle, we came across an issue with the car and they took care of it promptly and at no cost to us! They have their own service department who is just as amazing. Very happy family! Highly recommend!

I can honestly say that I’ve not bought a vehicle from these guys yet. But there customer service is above and beyond when dealing with a car salesman. Went in to see them today and I got approved for the car I wanted. (Still deciding) This is not your typical used car dealership. All I can say is wow with how well they worked with me. Update drove the escape home today I love it

We recently purchased a minivan here. Chris stayed well within our budget without any pressure to exceed it. He didn't have the vehicle we wanted on his lot but worked hard to find the perfect one for our family. We are very happy with the experience and we recommend him to our friends and family.
