AT&T Store

I went into the store today after having a horrible experience with customer service over the phone. Michael was absolutely amazing in assisting me with getting my new phone. The process and my request were not very simple and he took the time to help us and did not stop working until he figured it out. It was a very positive experience and definitely helped keep me as an AT&T customer! Thanks for all of your help today, I really appreciate it!

I was already an AT&T customer and shattered my screen on my Samsung phone. I went in there mid-day on a weekday to see what my options were and Bradlee helped me figure out which phone to get, and I was out the door in no time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient getting all the contents of my old phone cloned over to my new phone.

Great experience with Hunter at Glenstone and Grand location. He found discounts we hadn’t been aware of and stayed late to get us set up. Appreciate his attitude and enjoyment of his job.

KJ did an awesome job getting my phone and iPad working again! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He’s a great representative for AT&T!

Absolutely love my experience here hands down! They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed it the most. Never seen a team more collaborated than any other store. Will definitely be coming back here again and I am not even in town. This store is the best!

Recently I purchased a new Samsung phone through AT&T. I had my new phone for a little over a week and the screen stopped working. I went back to the original store I bought it from and bc of the nature of the defect they wouldn't take it back and said inhad to work with Samsung. After days of running around trying to get it fixed, I finally thought I would try AT&T one more time. I went tobthe glenstone store instead of the one I normally used and was so glad I did! Hayden made the call for me. Stayed with me for 2 hours! It took some time but I finally have a new phone on the way! Hayden was amazing. So patient and empathetic! He truly represents the best in customer service!
