I got to say thank you to the employees at Lou Fusz for helping me find possibly the perfect car for me. Took my budget and needs into account and got me a great deal. Service was great and everyone was friendly!! Love this dealership so much for service and purchasing my vehicles. I am a little sad though that they didn't do the car wash and nice little extra things they normally do when I visit. I know it's not something a lot of places don't do, especially free of charge, but it was one thing I liked to brag to others that they did for me when I visited for anything my car needed. It was just that nice little extra touch they always added. Service was good though getting my oil changed and emissions finished up.

Bought an Acura TLX with Will and overall had a good experience. Will was very knowledgeable of the vehicle (impressive considering this is a Chevy dealership that probably gets only a handful of Acuras) and accommodating of my schedule - he stayed an hour past closing to complete my sale on a Saturday so I could drive off that day. I would recommend Will and Lou Fusz Chevy to anyone needing a new vehicle!

Ray Walker was my salesman and he did not treat me as if I didn't understand what he was telling me. At my age and being a female salespeople sometimes assume I do not understand new things. It is true there is a lot about my car that took some explanation, but Ray was patient and very helpful all through the transaction.
Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

The purchase of my vehicle was more than just buying a car. From the moment you walk in, you are treated like family. The staff is wonderful and willing to go above and beyond. My salesperson, Ray Walker, was amazing and willing to answer all my questions. If I am going to buy a vehicle again, it will definitely be from Lou Fusz Chevrolet!

Had a very challenging issue with my daughter’s car, wouldn’t throw a code either. They kept at it and ate several hours of labor until they got the car to act up with the diagnostic machine hooked up while driving. I was thoroughly impressed. Most dealers I read online that saw this issue told the owners they couldn’t fix it due to no code and can’t recreate issue. They didn’t give up although I thought they would after a week of trying. Thanks again Ron and your team! They’ve earned more of my business for sure!

I had a fantastic experience with Lou Fusz Chevrolet and working with Ethan. The negotiation was smooth, and I was able to do it remotely before visiting the dealership. My experience at the dealership was fast and efficient. I spent about 45 minutes total to pick up the new truck. Overall great experience, and great value.

Dale was great to deal with! I liked that he didn't pressure me at any point in the process. My wife actually brought food back to the dealership and we ate at his desk and actually sat in his chair and he didn't care lol. He made me feel like I was at home and I was his friend. I have never had such a positive experience buying a car as this one!! I'd recommend Dale to anyone that needs to buy a car for sure, he's awesome!!!!

Went to Fusz to test drive a used vehicle and ended up coming home with it. Daniel and Dale were pleasant to deal with. No pressure and I was happy with the price they gave me. Gabe in financing took the time to get her the best deal he could. He explained everything so she completely understood. They took care of her like family. You don’t get that kind of

The entire buying experience with Bryan was great. He reached out to me on a regular and timely manner and was willing to work with my timeline instead of pushing or leading a more aggressive sale than was necessary. I brought up my wants and needs and we quickly found a work truck that had all but one option that I wanted. He relatively quickly found answers for me on the ability to add the remote start after the fact, and I was ok with the information provided. During the day of purchase my father and I were running late due to construction traffic, and we were able to get more paperwork and information done through text and email on the way to the dealer to speed up the paperwork process. I have been a lifelong General Motors customer and after losing all my vehicles in a flood and the final truck in a deer strike this year, this experience is exactly why I stay loyal to these trucks. Bought a new 2024 Chevy Trax 2RS at this awesome dealership. I just want to give a huge thanks to Will Konopleski for helping me every step of the way to get my new car. I got my first new car here and Chris Eads was very nice, professional and helpful! I just walked in without appointment and then Chris warmly came over to ask what I need and showed me some good options. He answered lots of my questions anytime when I reached out to him. After visiting several dealerships and few-days consideration, I eventually reserved a new Malibu which was in transit and supposed to arrive in few weeks but I only waited for few days then he told me the car is there. He also responded to me very quickly even after the purchase.
The price is reasonable and transparent. No so-called market adjustment fee!!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Equinox Premier, taking advantage of some year end discounts. Dan Moore was the Sales Consultant I worked with. I can't say enough good things about Dan - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. I was very specific in what I wanted and he and I worked together to find the perfect vehicle for me.
In addition to Dan Moore, I worked with Dan Hogan, Inventory Manager, who purchased my 2019 Equinox Premier. I was given a good price. Dan Moore, was very pleasant to deal with too.
Others helped as well - Sierra Sanders, Sales Consultant, Jeff Strum, Sales Manager, and Ray who helped answer some Apple Play questions for me.
