Macy's

Stopped in today to get a Nautica Polo I wanted. The store was busy, I waited in line for about 5 minutes (the lady Infront of me needed to exchange and reorder something so it was taking a while) Paula, who I assume is the manager came to apologize for my wait and gave me $10 dollars off, I told her I was very thankful. This is why I shop in store rather than online; I was very impressed with the service today at this location.

I had bought several dresses at Macy's & one slipped off its hanger unbeknownst to me while I walked to another store in the mall. I thought it was gone forever when I got home to discover it was missing! The manager, Eli, was able to locate the missing dress & he contacted me. All the effort he put into correcting the situation is very much appreciated and shows a level of professionalism seldom seen nowadays. I will be shopping here more often! I highly recommend this store!!

I came for the sale but I ended up purchasing clothes that were new and at their everyday low price. I’m very happy with my purchase but wish I went a head and bought the shoes too.

My boyfriend and I went in there this morning for a dress shirt for him. We had no idea where to start or what to do. We met Tony, and he said the day!!! Tony took the time to size my boyfriend in the right fitted shirt!!! Such amazing relief Tony gave us!!! We definitely will be going back because of this experience. Thank you Tony!!!

We checked out downstairs. Melba was very sweet and hospitable. We needed some boxes to start wrapping Christmas presents. She was very happy to give us what she had. Sweet, sweet lady. Thank you!

2 stories and this Macy's is not one that is closing. All employees wearing masks and busy stocking. Big selection. Of course plenty of parking. Mark downs were all over the store. My friend and I both purchased from Macy's feeling we got good deal and much better selection than town we live in.

Ahh, Macy's great for online shopping but to get out, enjoy a brightly lit, spacious, calm atmosphere. You can expect to be treated nicely, like every other customer.

Macy's is not bad Great on customer service a little on the pricey But they have very good things there Yes I would definitely and highly recommend going 😁 👍

I have ALWAYS loved Macy's.
I NEVER shop online.
I only shop when I am looking for something particular. Macy's has always had what I want. I am trying to also teach my kids about the importance of brick and mortar stores. I couldn't live without them.

I don't come here often, but I feel like treating myself. In store shopping is not over rated. Seeing things I came for and buying things I didn't come for but had caught my attention. I love my boots that I bought, they didn't have in stock the ones I came for so I ordered them online.

Huge selection, quality products, well organized, clean, friendly helpful staff, quick checkout.

We stopped in to look at dining sets, but the selection was pretty small. Nothing over six seats. We then made our way to the perfume counter and a very helpful woman helped us try different samples until we found the right one for my wife. She knew her products well and helped us with several details and choosing the right one. The store was clean and well organized and felt inviting.

Good Macy's location. Wish that they would carry children's shoes and shoes in smaller men's sizes.

They stopped selling Nike, but I have no complaints.

Sales representatives are all good at their jobs and overall nice. The store is clean and had lovely vibes

I had a wonderful experience at Macy's missing. Nancy in the clinic department was very helpful and was able to multipask. Assisting other customers and very friendly and freak about it.

Always great prices on whatever item that I need! Helpful employees and they are not at all pushy.

I went there to find 3 pair of shorts for my granddaughter's birthday. I found them, sent her a picture of them and she loved them. So I had a happy granddaughter and I was very happy to.
