I had a recliner delivered today and the two men that delivered were awesome!! Very professional! I will definitely make another store purchase with this type service! Sorry I forgot to get their names.

Extremely personal service and knowledgeable staff. The quality of the sofas kept my previous couch for 12 years of heavy daily usage.

We have purchased four La-Z-Boy Lancer recliners over the years, so when my SIL broke her knee, we invited her over for what turned out to be the best rest she had since her fall. On Sunday we wheeled her into the Gallery where Joseph met us at the door. He steered us toward the Lancer recliners and explained the features of each. She tried several sizes and different features before she all but fell asleep in the one she bought.
While she was buying, I was looking at the newest Lancer. Joseph gave me honest info about reupholstering my current chair vs purchasing a new one. My fifth recliner will be delivered tomorrow.
Joseph’s patience and experience were greatly appreciated by all.

Mrs. Sima Ferrari was the Sales Rep that helped us. She was very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right color to match my furniture at my home. She was very friendly and I really appreciated her help. We really like Lazy Boy furniture and have had great success with our recliners.

What a FANTASTIC experience for my first time in this store! I always wanted to visit because we have a couple pieces that we inherited and love. When I walked in Mr. Joseph Simon greeted me and was an exceptional representative. This is a beautiful store. Barbara was the sales person that first greeted us, and she was tremendously knowledgeable and personable. The furniture is absolutely lovely, and as we'll be purchasing something soon, we wanted to see what was available. We were able to see a sectional my husband had spotted on the website the day before, and we walked away with multiple options to keep in mind and measure for our living room. When we're ready, we'll definitely return!

The local management truly is interested in satisfaction and do their best to stand by their product. After having some issues with our purchase, the manager made it right. There truly is nothing like the comfort of La-Z-Boy furniture.

Penny and Lisa were wonderful. Courteous and helpful and listened carefully to my preferences and created a beautiful living room for me with their products. They were not pushy or intimidating, but quite the opposite. Very friendly and professional. They gave me breathing space to mull over the designs and helped to tweak it all with great accents. They helped me stay within budget and still get a great new look for my home.

The showroom staff was especially friendly & accommodating.
Penny went above & beyond to help us make selections including loaning several fabric swatches so we could view them at our home in our lighting.
I only wish the 8-9 month wait for delivery was shorter.

My wife and I had a few minutes to swing by at closing the other day. Not only was Joseph very receptive and welcoming he was a great help at getting ting us information on the pieces we were considering. We were able to make it in the next day when we had more time to finalize the deal. Joseph was very easy and knowledgeable about the products Lazyboy sells making it very easy to pick out our living room furniture.

Ms. Penny was so helpful and very patient with us. She helped me on two separate occasions as I was searching for the perfect chairs. She was so kind and professional. She was not pushy or overbearing but gave us space to relax and test out the chairs while also being available to answer our questions. Once we finally decided on our chairs, she continued to be patient as I went back and forth trying to decide fabric colors! I can't wait for our two recliners to be delivered! We will need to purchase a couch in the near future and we will definitely do that here!
