Kum & Go

The staff is always friendly and everything is always clean. It’s the little things that make for a good customer service experience. Friendly employees make all the difference.

Pop in, get a snack, fill your tank, pop out. Store is clean and organized and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a nice station.

Kum & go are one of my go-to place for gas. And I like the markets because you can get hot tea there, which is really nice during the cooler weather.

I understand the need for security in this day and age but this gentleman standing there with his hands on what appears to be a Glock TARKOV conversion staring at every customer that walks in attracting negative attention I watched him several times with his finger in the trigger or resting on it and that is totally not cool this gentleman did not make me feel safe he made me feel unsafe…I won’t be going back in there

Uber and Lyft beware, stopping to full gad and grab a drink? If you need to go to the restroom keep driving they shut them down with no exceptions

I came into this establishment earlier today. Purchased a few things. I left the store. When I got back to my vehicle. A lady in the car that was parked next to me had asked me a question about something. I answered her and continued a conversation with her. Upon getting ready to leave I gave her one of our business cards. Then, as I got back in my vehicle to leave one of your associates came out and told me that I shouldn't have given her money. I then told the young girl that I in fact didn't give her money. I gave her a business card. She srugged her shoulders and say whatever then went back in the store. I don't know what kind of people you have working for you at this particular location. But, that was a little uncalled for. As, I visit another one of your stores all the time. Never have any issues.

I've been stopping there the past few days and wow.... 🤢🤮🤢🤮 management needs to be making sure they are checked every day.

Threatened to call the cops on us just cause our car broke down in their parking lot simply because I asked too use the bathroom

We stopped in here with our kids 12/4/22 to get hot chocolate while we looked at Christmas lights. They were sold out but when we were leaving an employee Emma, was dancing and flipping off her two co-workers who were outside smoking. Our 8 year old daughter covered her eyes and was like “oh, that girl is doing the middle finger to those boys” sooooo unprofessional 🙄

Your staff was very friendly so they get an A+ but at 5pm on Saturday out of unsweet tea and no one knows how to make any. Very pitiful that someone spent millions to open a convenience store and has no staff for the kitchen.

Young girl that was working the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional to the point I walked out and gave another location my business. Should probably retrain her on customer service. This is the closest location to me so it's really inconvenient that I can't go here and be treated with respect.
