Seth and Ethan are Two young great plumber with American plumbing. Both guys are awesome, humble, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. They are a great asset to their craft. It's sad that more people are not like those two. I would highly recommend American Plumbing to family, friends or anyone else. They treat my home with respect. Definitely a 5 star company.

Great experience. The issue was immediately diagnosed by Seth and Logan. It was determined my 18 year old water heater needed to be replaced. It took them only about 2 hours to pull out my broken water heater, go pick up the new one, and come back and get it installed and working. Many thanks to Seth and Logan.

Great experience with American Plumbing from start to finish! Rhonda at the office was so pleasant and helpful and got my appointment scheduled right away. Terry came out the very next day to check things out and explain the process to me and was very patient with me with all my questions. Seth and Mike were punctual, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Seth explained to me how they were going fix the pipe that had leaked in my slab and briefed me along the way as they progressed with their work. They were very thorough, cleaned up after themselves and checked to make sure everything was working well before they were on their way. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received and will definitely use them again!

Great experience with American Plumbing. Noticed a gas smell coming from hot water heater and called American Plumbing. Seth and Logan came out in record time to fix it. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the leak resolved. American Plumbing did an awesome job at making a quick repair to a pipe that burst in my mother’s attic during the freeze. Britt & his helper, Logan, were quick to respond in an emergent situation and quick to find the problem and fix it before the water caused more damage to the house. Called American Plumbing for a water leak out side. Seth and Logan were sent out and not only were they very knowledge on what they were doing, they kept in touch with me through every step so there were no surprises. They were able to fix the issue and have the water turned back on within a few hrs. They were also very polite and explained every answer to every silly question I had! Thanks American Plumbing!! American Plumbing, top notch company with top notch staff (Terry, Rhonda, Seth and Logan). All were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant and made us a priority. They replaced busted water lines (slab, hot water heater) in our home. All repairs were neatly done and in a timely manner. We would use/recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Seth and his assistant Logan did an outstanding job. They were prompt, even early. Seth kept us informed at every point and even finished ahead of schedule. We had a terrible multiple slab leak situation. I hope to never experience that again, but if so, I’m calling American Plumbing.

I have been working with Seth and his clients for several years on multiple projects and every one of them consistently has great things to say about him.

In the restoration industry, we often arrive on site just after the leak has been stopped, while the customer's panic or confusion is still fresh. But that's not the case with Seth's customers. From my perspective, his clients are calm, and ready to take the next steps to repair their homes. That happens when a plumber takes the time to thoroughly investigate a problem, explain the issue, recommend a complete solution, and follows through with the repair.

Seth, with American Plumbing, replaced the faucet and the worn out, rusted parts below the bathroom sink.

We’ve been trying to get the sink fixed for a month. Seth came earlier than scheduled, which was perfect, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. He went above and beyond to ensure the bathroom sink would be ready to use this weekend vice pushing out the repair to next week. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very friendly and helpful.

For our future plumbing needs, we will definitely call American Plumbing and Seth to do the work!!
