I can’t even begin to explain the pleasure it was to work with Donna. Every step of the way Donna was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. I had several realtors come to our house and look at our property all with various notes and estimates and all with differing views all mostly negative except for Donna. During our first meeting and walkthrough she was very polite and understanding of the vision we had for our house leading up to listing. My wife and I never owned a home but the time was right and we began our search. Since we listen to talk radio we would hear Benefit Realty's ad often, so we decided to give them a try. After contacting their organization, Tamara knew the area we were interested in the best, so we were paired with her. However, after realizing we would like to be closer to our employers, we decided to stay in the New Berlin area. Tamara did not hesitate to travel the extra distance to show homes in the Waukesha and Milwaukee area.

After getting some showings and deciding on a house, Tamara worked quickly and efficiently with us to go from the first step to the last. She was quick to answer our questions and made certain we understood them before making important decisions. She was very outgoing and knowledgeable, which gave us comfort each time we reached a new module in the home buying process. When an important milestone approached, we knew she was available to counsel us.

What also made the experience great was the fact she accompanied us on every event too (home inspection and closing). At our closing, she further explained the process while we waited for the paperwork to process, which satisfied all of our questions.

All in all, we would like to let prospective clients of Benefit Realty know that you'll be making a solid decision by choosing the services of this Wisconsin based business. Know also that you'll be treated like #1 through the whole process. If we could go back in the past and start over, we would not change a single thing.

When I decided to sell my house I originally considered a 6% realtor who convinced me that he had more resources at his disposal. after talking with Angela of Benefit Realty she convinced me that she would provide everything that anyone else would and do it better for 2% less. Angela provided an excellent description and plan for the sale of my property. The photographer took excellent pictures of the house which the amazed me seeing my own house from her perspective. In 2 days I had 29 visits with multiple offers. Angela kept all the potential buyers informed that there were offers in progress this resulted in bidding which increased the bidding. 8000 over my asking price. All together I saved and made over $14,000 due to Angela and benefit Realty. Why use anyone else!

We were thinking of selling our house and had a realtor over that told us a price. Got in touch with Jaime from Benefit and she told us she would put our house on market for 10 over what the other realtor said and also at a lower rate. We were really out growing our house so decided to sell. We got 2 offers over asking within 24 hours of it going up. Jaime is so great to work with..she is patient and so knowledgeable. Helped us get in touch with a lender and other people we needed in the processof buying and selling. Very happy with our experience with Benefit. I have known Angela going on 20 years so when we were ready to purchase our first family home, I couldn't imagine choosing someone else that I wanted to buy from. Angela set us up with Jamie and the rest is history.
