My dryer wasn't drying well, so I figured I clean out the ducts really well. Everything I touched fell apart (older house). 2 trips to Harry's Ace Hardware, and everything is just peachy. Thank you so much to all the great folks at Harry's who gave great advice and were so helpful and kind! Told me what tools and materials I needed to do it right.

Put an order in for mulch and curbside pickup. The order was ready super quickly and they even loaded my car for me! I will definitely be back!

No trouble finding help here. Many products from USA, Canada and China to enjoy at fair prices. Never cheap, always fair. This location feels like a True Value.

Found a solid mix of things I needed from a grill brush to wildflower seed mix. The staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable of products in the store. You guys are leaning strongly towards my favorite hardware store in town.

Harry's has been a go-to hardware store for my family for YEARS. While they dont have everything Elliots does, it's the perfect place to "run into for something quick" or get honest help and advice.

Unlike Menards where employees avoid you, they actually have no problem helping you here. I love the local hardware stores. Great customer service. I hate shopping at the big box retailers, they have no idea what customer service is...

Fantastic customer service. Very prompt and friendly. My online order was ready very quickly. The pick up was just as quick. Highly recommended.

Ordered online, item was shipped there, and I picked it up earlier than expected. Walked in, service counter had a wonderful employee. She also recommended an umbrella (which I asked for), since it was a rainy day. It was affordable, and I didn't end up needing it that day (no rain since either). Best umbrella ever.

Such a great local business. Love going to get stuff there. And they have small children size shopping carts which are fantastic for my daughter to help my pick up supplies for.

This place has everything, plus it's privately owned so, way better than the big boxers. They have completed my customer service test.

I had the water turned off to the entire house to replace a faucet. When turning the water back on, one of the shutoff valves started leaking. I brought it into Ace just a few minutes before they closed on a holiday. Hunter & Harry were kind enough to help me disassemble the valve and find the right parts to rebuild it. You don’t get that kind of service (or frankly any service at all) at the Big Box stores. I was able to get the water back on with no leaks. Thank you for saving the day! I highly recommend this store.

Went into Ace Hardware in Franklin today needing a belt for my Riccar vacuum. Have to admit when I walk into a hardware store I have no idea which way to go! Kim approached me as soon as I walked in the door. Had my broken belt in hand and gave it to her. She looked at several ones trying to find a match for my vacuum. She thought she might have had it but wanted to check on the computer and found a better match! If I didn’t have her help, I know I would have bought the wrong one. Thank you Kim for your kindness and help. Don’t have to shop at Ace too often, but always excellent customer service when I do! And my carpeting has been vacuumed!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Clean, well stocked store. Franklin is fortunate to have a hardware store of this caliber, because Harry's is prepared for almost all every project and if they don't have what you need they will help you find it.

I recently purchased a snow blower from Harry, and it was a great experience. I mentioned that another Ace store was advertising $15 assembly and free delivery, if you are a rewards member. He said that they would assemble it for free, and I didn’t need to be a rewards member to get free delivery. I also needed a bit of rubber tubing, and he threw that in free of charge. Today Zach delivered the snow blower with a full tank of gas. He started the machine up and answered all my questions. He even tried to refuse the delivery tip. I will be back to Harry’s Ace Hardware. 5 out of 5.

Everyone knows where things are! They provide great services window replacement, screen replacement and repairs. Always friendly.
