Another nice Target Store. I always find Target is step up over Walmart. It was clean, well organized and plenty of helpful staff. Nice grocery department. Small produce section.

This store had an entire wall of gift cards by the checkouts. It also had a convenience food area, between the checkouts and exit. With a separate self checkout. I thought this was a great idea.

There is also a small Starbucks counter in the store, near the entrance.

Big store, very clean and organized.

I've had zero issues at this store. Like all Target's, it's clean and organized. I'm not a shopper who asks for assistance often, but recall nothing but good interactions.

Prices? Set by corporate, not the store. Don't rate chains store locations individually for prices. Target prices are right where they've always been for 30 years. And their own lines of products are high quality, sourced in the same way Costco or Sam's does.

Groceries: they've expanded the grocery section (like all locations) and my wife, who does the shopping, is keen on differences in price and selections compared to the huge grocery stores. There happens to be a huge grocery store next door which makes shopping options easy.

In my experience the clothing is good quality and stock is good. There is virtually always someone at the dressing room to help. To my knowledge, they cannot leave their station as often as one might like as theft is high everywhere and these rooms are used by shoplifters regularly.

I won't go into Target as a company. Just this location. Having never had a bad experience, I rate it the 5 stars it deseves.

Clean, well-stocked, very shoppable. First time visiting this Target location and I will be back! Very clean store overall—wide aisles free of clutter, employees within sight if I needed to summon help. Enjoyed this shopping experience.

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE!! I'm a college student and my mom and I came to this location on 7/30 around 2pm to use the Target Circle 20% off student discount. However, the third party failed to verify my college ID to use the discount, so we went to customer service to see what could be done. The woman at the return counter (unfortunately forgot to check for her name, but she was a middle-aged woman with brown hair), was friendly and gave me a number to call to see if anything could be done. When I encountered more issues on the phone, this same lady overheard me and immediately brought another woman over to help. My mom and I were very pleasantly surprised, as of course we understood if there was truly nothing the employees could do. However, this helpful woman offered to send someone to manually enter our discount on all the items. The lady who gave us our discount (name tag said Lisa D.) was not only very friendly and talkative with us, but went out of her way to scan all of our items at the self checkout despite my mom saying we could do it ourselves. She then provided us with our discount. These two women left us with a very positive impression on our experience which could have otherwise been very stressful with the discount ordeal, and we both wanted to come and say thank you to these women who did an extraordinary customer service job today! Thank you!! :)

My husband drove 30 minutes for an item he was told was in store. After finding out that it wasn't, Richard took his name and number and when it finally came back in stock he called us and we came the same day to get it. Thank you Richard!

Target Circle deals are pretty good, especially the household essentials & skin care & coupled with the $5-$10 gift cards you can’t go wrong!

Target in Franklin is the best store that has moved to the area. Love the products, cleanliness & the staff are always super awesome.

Upon checkout I was not given the proper discount on an item. When I went to customer service, the clerk offered me a gift card in an amount above the original discount. So simple and easy and another example of Targets excellent customer service.

Shopping at Target is a pleasure! The store is so nice and clean and bright and orderly! I was able to see aisle signage very easily and found everything I needed and SO much more! Checkout was a breeze too!

Stacy in Customer Service was outstanding. I needed to order a product, she took the time and effort to assist me. I do not like ordering at home and feel more comfortable with doing it in the store. There are 2 more people, however I do not know their names. A young lady who works in the men's clothing area. I needed a price check to make sure the label was marked correctly. She scanned my product and it did not match the tag on the rack. She took the effort to go to the front of the store and let them know of the correct price to charge me. AWESOME! When I did get to the checkout, another lady informed Sandy of the correct price. No hassle or questions about it. The other person was a gentleman getting an order filled. I stopped him to ask directions for a specific food product. He directed me personally to the correct aisle.

What a fantastic crew of people. I shop here on many occasions and am delighted with the outcome.

In my opinion Target is one of the best retail stores around. The staff is friendly and helpful, the stores are always clean and well stocked. Both the delivery and drive up services are handy and run well. I even ordered live plants for delivery once and they arrived in excellent shape. And, the prices are amazing.

I've been shopping at the Franklin store for many years. I also use the pharmacy
(CVS). Very clean store always. The whole staff in all departments are very friendly, helpful and
knowledgeable. You are treated like family and you always see them smile. The grocery department
is stocked well and the produce is fresh. I do all my shopping there, including clothes and household.
The pharmacy is excellent and so is the staff. Thank you Target and keep up the good work. Just one thing I want to mention is, at this sad time with the virus, Target gives me a safe feeling and I thank you for the wonderful care to us you give. Thank you to all of you who are there for us. Keep safe.

Target has good products and deals. Their quality is always good. I drive further to go there even when a Walmart is closer. Their standards are much lower. I also get a nice discount because of their Red card offer. It is a great place to shop. I really like Target.

Recently, I have been using the Target app to order online and pick up by parking and waiting for my items. It is a great service with the pandemic. Every Target employee I have had are very nice and the orders are accurate. I appreciate this service.

I just got into a line to check out. A cashier came over and asked me to come over to self check out register. She said it is fast and easy & I will help you through it. I did not knowing what to do. She was prompt in her delivery speech, step by step, helped me through it. She was very professional and friendly with the interest in getting me past the line waiting to check out with charge card payments. I was impressed with her, didn't catch her name, she left a lasting impression and I will only shop at this Target going forward. The cleanliness of the store was amazing, merchandise recovered nicely and being filled in (food section), which was impressive in itself. Thanks to this cashier, you have a new customer. I have worked retail for 40 years in management, there are some people who use the right tone, the right attitude, that mom teaching way, and she is definitely a great representative of Target, Franklin, WI. I know that Target had just started up the Drive Up option before the pandemic came along. I was a big fan even then. I've been to both the Oak Creek and Franklin Target locations and both stores are great.
Especially the folks that bring my spoils to my car for me. They are always pleasant, (even in crummy weather) and I really appreciate that from these workers.
