Madison helped me with my purchase today and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person! I recently lost my job but desperately needed a new bed and she found one within my price range and with a better rate! I had an original person greet me and say several times about any of my issues with my current bed that it was because of the price, I understand quality is a factor but trying to upsell at every corner, I was ready to leave and look elsewhere, very happy Madison saved the day!

We already knew what we wanted when we came in, so this was a “confirm and compare” trip. No pressure (i.e. they let us explore on our own as requested) and they were helpful when needed. Questions were answered honestly and it was an easy transaction.

When we first entered the door we were met by Madison. She did not rush out from behind her desk in attack mode, instead, she stood up and greeted us pleasantly. She made the entire experience very relaxed and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable about the mattresses, and after listening to what we wanted, presented us with different options.

We picked one that we liked and then went to compare prices at other stores. Upon returning, she was not condescending in the fact that we had returned. She helped us filled out the paperwork in a very professional manner.

My wife and I were very happy with her service and would most definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.

The store was very clean and the beds were very well presented as opposed to the other stores we went to where the mattresses were disgusting with stains and dirt.

Lovely staff, great selection! They take care of you here and make sure you’re happy. Also, delivery is pretty quick. I walked in and bought three beds, walked out with one that was in stock and the other two are being delivered on Monday. Great experience!

Adam was very professional and not pushy. The wife and I have been out all day looking for the perfect mattress, which was very hard. We have had a waterbed for 20+ years and just couldn't find the right firmness. Adam asked us several questions to find the right mattress for us and he did. We left there satisfied that our investment will keep us comfortable for many years to come. Thanks Adam!!!

The experience was flawless. Glen was our salesman and I can't say enough of how helpful and not pushy he was! I am so very thankful that he let us shop and didn't try to push the expensive mattresses. He suggested several and in the end we chose one that he recommended and that works for our budget and family. I recommend shopping at Mattress Firm if you are in the market for a new bed for sure. They have a wide selection and are super friendly. The sales are incredible too!

Andy was so helpful and kind. We were in, out, and loaded in under 20 minutes. Andy helped us get every deal we could, even when we were not expecting it. We will definitely go back to mattress firm the next time we need a mattress!

My wife and I had an incredible experience. No one wants to be the difficult clients with the constant questions and never ending decisions.. But we ended up becoming those customers after being lied to from the last mattress salesmen we had. (From a different location) Adam was our mattress specialist today and despite all our questions and constant contemplating, he found the perfect mattress at a great price for my wife and I to finally step into a king size mattress. Not once did we ever feel pressured into buying anything, but Adam definitely felt pressured to find us the absolute best mattress and deal for us. I don't know if it's just good training and patience or if he was made to be a salesman, but he killed it today for what felt like 2 hours. Keep up the good work Adam, I recommend him to anyone who shops here.

Went to their store on a whim to see if they had a twin sized bunkie board and not only did they have one but they had one within in my price range.

They were also willing to help me get it in my small Chevy spark (we got it in and I got it back to my place safely). I was in and out within 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service. Will return for additional bedding needs in the near future.

I went to the Battlefield location, and Glenn was very helpful. He asked about and listened to what I wanted, and directed me to mattresses that fit my needs. He was also honest and up front about pricing and the options I had. Would recommend talking to Glenn!

The sweet woman working Friday night, with no help, was beyond helpful and went out of her way to help me. She was assisting a couple with a mattress and dropped everything just to get me what I needed and she did not complain. She put a smile on my face and I hope she runs that location next time I’m back. I couldn’t remember her name but this was my best mattress firm experience buying a pillow.

Adam at Mattress Firm me helped make an important decision easy and quick. He arranged delivery pickup and haul away and financing within a couple of minutes. He and another salesman assured me that I had done a great job of researching and made an excellent choice.

Ran in for a replacement cooling mattress cover and Adam was awesome! Got us exactly what we were looking for, paid and out in less than 15 minutes! (We had people waiting on us for dinner)
Will definitely go back if we need accessories quickly!

Madison and Glenn were extremely pleasant and helpful! We felt great about our purchase, they both answered any questions we had, and Glenn explained up front all the fine print details which I really appreciated. Highly recommend seeking them out if you are looking to purchase a new mattress. No pressure sales, they both gave us space to explore and try out a mattress on our own, and were right there when needed to answer any questions.

Madison was very honest, very understanding, very knowledgeable and very helpful! She answered any questions and made our experience overall wonderful! The prices in general were very reasonable and the sales that they were running were great! This is our second purchase with mattress firm and they always run smooth!

I’ve bought maybe a half dozen mattresses in my life, and this transaction was by far the most pleasant. Well-stocked store, wide range of products, and a kind and knowledgeable sales person to guide me to the right choice for my needs. Also glad to get comfort guarantee and financing/same as cash. It was a great day.

From the moment I called, Glen was a huge help! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted and he already knew what we wanted. So he took us straight back and let us test out a few beds and answered all the questions we had. I feel like we left with the best bed/frame combo that suited my families needs!

We really enjoyed our experience shopping for a bed. The lady that helped us was knowledgeable and anything she wasn’t sure about she got information for us. Most importantly she wasn’t pushy which we really appreciated. We could tell she cared more about us than selling a bed.
