Prana Yoga St Louis

Love love Prana! I have so enjoyed and experienced most of the classes offered, but of course I have my favorites. Instructors are engaging, dedicated and motivating which is so important. It is definitely an exercise program that has benefits all around and been great for me personally!

Best yoga studio in St. Louis. The instructors are great and will help you to learn the basics of yoga. Everyone is very friendly in the classes and the studio has a family like/ community feeling. I could not recommend this studio more!

Prana yoga has become my happy place. The practice of yoga being taught is great for your mind and body. Also, the teachers care so much about ensuring that you receive the benefits of yoga along with informing you what the practice is doing for your mind and body. I love prana so much, and Cathy as well as all the instructors are amazing❤

Wonderful studio that is so warm and accepting for someone brand new to yoga. I was looking for a great complement to my running. I am just so amazed with the incredible increase in body tone, balance, core strength and relaxed breathing that I have gained after 4 weeks.

Prana yoga is a friendly, welcoming space. The studio has offerings for many types of yoga. The instructors are professional and have high standards for safety. I have been practicing at Prana for 1.5-2 years and I go in studio 3-4 times a week. If you want a welcoming spot and a variety of classes, Prana is a great choice.

If you're looking for a supportive fun-loving yoga community, this is the yoga studio for you! The instructors are wonderful, and they offer a variety of classes, including hot ones! I always leave this studio feeling 10 times better than I felt when I entered.

Prana yoga is both relaxing and inviting . The staff is friendly. They are quick to respond to any questions I have via email or phone call. I especially love when the yogi instructors educate us on the benefits of the poses and where to focus on when stretching and breathing.

I love coming here. I can only come on the weekends because I work out of town, but the environment is incredibly welcoming, people are helpful and friendly, and the staff is skilled and knowledgeable. Prana made me really enjoy yoga again and to actively seek out opportunities to do it. I truly appreciate Prana.

Prana Yoga has done a great job through this pandemic. They wanted to get people into the studio as quickly as possible but also allow for people who are not comfortable coming in to have an option. I really enjoy this yoga studio

Prana Yoga offers a welcoming environment for the first time yoga student to the veteran yogi. The staff is felxible, supportive, and very knowledgeable about the mind, body, breath connection. I have learned so much in mind and health.

Really enjoyed the Yoga Nidra class last Saturday. Steve was great. Hopefully you could offer the class more often perhaps once a month.

Wonderful experience! The teachers are very knowledgeable and encouraging. I felt very at ease as a beginner in a room with people at all different levels.
