Charlotte Russe

I was returning a pair of pants that didn't fit. The manager was so helpful about how each style of their pants fit. She let me know that the pair I was going to replace the ones I was returning were going to be too big because they stretch. I got a smaller size and they fit perfectly. She could have just done my return and moved on, but she didn't. She provided amazing customer service, even while be short staffed. Thank you for the excellent experience!!

A couple days ago I came in looking for a gift for my fiance for V-day . As soon as entering the store Jose calmly approached me enthusiastically and told me about the great sales and deals I had no clue of. Me having trouble finding myself around the store he even helped me find a very nice outfit that she truly loves. He totally figured out her personality and got an outfit that totally described her it was incredible. I have no clue how he did it . I hope he stays around , I rarely see customer service like this . I will definitely come back to shop again . 10/10 thanks again Jose , great job.

I love Charlotte Russe. I am a plus size woman and their jeans fit me so well. I also love that they offer boots for those of us with wider calves/legs. They have a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories.

I love Charlotte Russe. They carry fashionable clothes, in a wide range of sizes, and at a decent price. All of the employees I've encountered have been very nice and helpful as well.

I love shopping at Charlotte Russe they have nice clothes reasonable prices and I always find something there that I like so I will be going back I really enjoyed my shopping experience there every time I go in the salesman there are very friendly.

Jose has the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!! Better than all the women that work there including the new manager with the stank attitude!! He’s the best!!!

Not just for sticks and twig figures. There's plus size and all the shoes are to die for. Great sales and prices are reasonable

Love that they have a pretty good selection for plus size. I like that i don't have such a hard time looking for my size. The staff are always nice and helpful.

My daughter and I are so very sad that it's going out of business. She always finds something she likes there. I haven't found a pair of boots when they are going out of business.
