It is a Good place to shop. I am Happy that JCPenney's is still in business after all these Years. Believe me, I go back to the days when it was just called Penny's

Penney's and my family go back years. Quality products, great prices, wonderful staff on the floor. I love Penney's.

This store has so much things to choose from. The clothes, accessories, perfumes, house things and etc. Sometimes we come here to shop when some things are on sale. I recommend this department store.

I picked up a nice backpack backpack purse for my wife for $17 on sale, regularly $65.

Had a haircut, very good job. Love it!

JCPenny has shifted it's direction and now is a game-based entity. They serve beers and have a bowling alley, as well as endless arcade games and claw machines! Boy was I in for a surprise when I was heading out to do some shopping there and got to experience their company makeover. They're even open til 2am on weekends! Best department store I've ever been to. Only one I've seen with Connect 4 Hoops and horse racing arcade games. Will return immediately for more shopping. Saddle up! Yee-hawww!

Typical JCPenney store, but the customer service was amazing from THREE different employees when I went today… Thank you to them!

Great place to shop. JCPENNEY has so many great buys now. Take a look when you're doing your Christmas shopping.
Also, the salon has some wonderful stylists too. So get some great buys and look great while you shop!!!

There was only one employee working the register in the children’s dept around 4 PM on a Saturday.
As we all know, those of us who have worked in retail, you can go from dead quiet to 20 people in line in a split second. As it happened this particular day we all seemed to get there and get in line at the same time. There were about 10 of us in line Suddenly. Paris, The young woman running this check out station did call for help, however no one came. In this day and age, places seem to run much leaner than they used to. Anyway, Paris did a lovely job! She kept everyone in line engaged and smiling, all while working at lightening speed! I feel like this girl, With this kind of positive attitude and Work ethic is a real asset! This situation could’ve gone downhill really fast but it did not! Kudos to Paris! Continue to hire good quality employees like this, and I will continue to shop at your brick and mortar store! Great job!

Took a hard to fit friend for an outfit to wear to a wedding. The ladies in the Men's Department were so helpful, checking other stores for correct sizes. Offered a nice discount if he opened a credit account. It was a great experience.

I found very cute Christmas decorations and beautiful dresses there. A lot good deals at the moment and if you search well you can really save yourself a lot money.

Good prices and sales. New rewards system is legit 👍. The southridge store is dated and simple, but I appreciate the friendly staff and quality merchandise. In-house brands are far superior to those of Kohl's.

My wife and I came in with a gift card hoping not to spend too much and found we ended up not needing to spend anything at all due to the items (clothing) that my wife chose were not only discounted well enough but that the worker at the register added in another $10 off for some discount they were having we didn't even know about. We've never had an issue with finding things in this store either.

We found everything we were out shopping for right there at JCPenney
It was nice and everything was on sale plus additional coupons. We also had a good, relaxed time and we needed items for their 8th grade graduation.

Omg!! I forgot how much I used to love JCPENNEY!! I was having trouble finding things for the house and unique affordable gifts, my cousin suggested we go to Penney's! I'm glad, but sorry she did!

They had all of their Black Friday items out already with an additional 25-30% off! We got jewelry, boots, linens, clothes, and who knows what else. Looked at my receipt and I had saved over $700! 😮😮

Then, the sales lady suggested we go online for things we couldn't find in the store! Why did she do that?!?!? Seemed like the sales were even better online! (Although shipping has been slow, still waiting on items)

Penney's is going to be my renewed go-to since all of the other "discount" stores (Marshall's, Burlington, TJs,etc) have gotten so "expensive!

Aside from all of the good deals, staff was friendly, store was clean and well stocked, plenty of sales people on the floor ( which is unheard-of nowadays), and parking is free and ample!

Went here for a homecoming dress. Wasn't a huge selection but what they had available was nice. Had lots of clearance options out as well.
