St. Louis' Incredible Pizza Company

The experience is like stepping into the 50's or 60' s. It's like stepping into an old movie. The back end of the place is like a better version of a video game arcade. It also has bowling, laser tag, and a roller coaster. Fun for all.

We were amazed at the variety of food offered in the buffet. And the food is actually pretty good. Huge selection of games & attractions. Pricing is fair.

This is an incredible place to take kids. My son just turned 1 and my wife and I wanted a place for him see other kids and have some fun. We ended up staying a big chuck of the day because he kept wanting to walk around.

The price is worth it. The pizza is good. My wife and I love salads and the salad bar had an amazing amount of options.

We’ve decided to come here at least twice per month and make this a part of our child’s life.

Just had my daughters bday party here (2/10/24). The staff was super sweet. They had A TON of parties that day and there were a few snags but overall a very wonderful and pleasant experience and the staff honestly did a great job and made it a great experience!

My boys had a blast. Shout out to the XD movie theater for their great service and helping make the movie an enjoyable experience for my and mine on spring break.

This place was really incredible!!! I wish Singapore has such a concept. For only $36.25, there is a buffet (food taste great), 3 rides (XD Theater, Bumper Cars, Spin Coaster, Laser Tag and Go-Karts), and $30 game credit (most games are $1.75 each).

I recommend the XD Theater because it feels so real. The Great Wall of China theme is very exciting.

We decided to try this place while in St. Louis this evening and we weren’t disappointed! The food wasn’t bad (aimed at kids for sure, but why else would you come here?) and everything was clean. The buffet style setup made it easy to eat quickly with three hungry kids. We were really impressed by all the arcade games and activities they offered (laser tag, bumper cars, go karts, roller coasters, bowling, etc). We budgeted two hours but we could easily have stayed for much longer and not run out of things to do. My kids loved it and are already begging to go back! We felt we got a lot of of our money here.

We had a great time the staff was super helpful! Serenity was the bomb! Thank you for helping me and all my confusion of the deals. Brett and Mica were super helpful and kind as well!

A very nice atmosphere along with friendly staff and a delicious buffet. On top of this they have many fun events like laser tag or the bumper cars, even a mini roller coaster. Definitely would recommend.

The is place is blessing for kids and grown ups as well. Lots of gaming options for kids. 4D theatre is star attraction. Go cart and laser tag are liked by both kids and parents. Also buffet is great for food lover with loads of options such as pizza, pasta. Noodle, chicken, cookies and unlimited drinks. Must go place for overall family entertainment hosting birthday bash!!!

Nice place for a day out. Lots of games but only kids can enjoy it so adults can see movies and go cart. Food is good but we were checking for ice-cream and it was finished LOL. Overall good.

We had a fantastic evening as a family at this location. My only complaint is the quality of the food. I tried the following: pizza = 2/5 (I feel like the it used to taste better years ago? Maybe it's the dough?), chili = 1/5, taco meat = 2/5, salad bar 5/5 (salad bar was perfect). I think there is room for improvement with the quality, but the quantity and varitey of food was great for the kids (hotdogs, corndogs, cobbler, ice cream, etc), and my four little human garbage disposals didn't complain.

All the workers that we interacted with were kind and helpful. My son lost his card [almost immediately] and luckily we had the receipt for the front desk to transfer the remainder of the funds to a new card. The staff was working to accommodate as many customers as possible by running the more popular activities rather than rigidly adhering to the "schedule", which I very much appreciated (I got the feeling that they were short-staffed in the area of trained employees for some of the bigger/more-complex equipment/activities. It's easy to say a company needs to hire more staff, but it's difficult to keep staff long enough to get cross-trained and harder still to have experienced staff to LEAD the training). They put the customer first and never questioned or gave anyone a hard time, even when folks were [unintentionally] ignorant or didn't immediately follow the rules (nothing safety related). They were always smiling and kind - even in the presence of dozens of preteen children setting the energy level.

The staff can make all the difference in apathetic customers becoming repeat customers. Our family of six will be returning to this location.

This is a pretty fun place! The girls (7yo) played all the games, rode the Rollercoaster, spin coater, go-carts, and the XD theater!
There was an issue with the ordering if the films so the girls watched something other than what they asked for and Brett and Jayla not only fixed the movie ordering but went above and beyond in making it right for them no questions asked. The service was absolutely amazing and worth the hour drive.

I went to Incredible Pizza this past Friday evening for my God daughter and friends birthday. We had a blast. We got game cards and the buffet which was not very expensive. Mine was $19 for $18 game card and .99 buffet. Hers was $26 buffet, game card and I think 4 attractions to get on. We all rode the go karts together and guess who was #1...Me! It was so much fun. The buffet was good as well. We got various kinds of pizza, garlic cheese bread, salad, chicken bites amongst other food and dessert items. The place wasn't too crowded and we were able to get a big circle booth. Both my God daughter and friend got to spend the birthday wheel which was awesome. They enjoyed the special birthday treatment. Incredible Pizza is a wheelchair accessible place. They have ample parking in their big shared lot as well. This is a great family friendly place to go to on any night and enjoy. It's fun all the way around. I forgot to mention that there's unlimited drinks as well. The bathrooms were clean as I went while there. I don't have any complaints.

We had such a good time here. So many fun games. Food was kind of iffy but still very enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Great staff! I was amazed by the customer service. I was greeted promptly and with a big smile! They helped me get the best deal for my kids. My boys loved the go carts, laser tag, and all the video games . Check them out if you need an afternoon to get out of the heat.

The place is super nice the staff was friendly and attentive we lost one of our cards and the staff over heard and let us know if we had our receipt they could replace it. Food was surprisingly good what you would expect at a party pizza meat balls but the chili and salad bar was my favorite very fresh and good variety. #Tianna is the best my Daughter loves her

Very nice ambiance and much more affordable and entertaining than other venues that offer the same amenities. One thing that won me over was the amount of actual rides kids can partake in as well as the immense variety of games. The buffet is just an added perk!

Went as part of a school field trip. Best pizza ever, and the arcade is great too. Got a lava lamp that broke the day I got home.

While the response is very nice, you're four hours away from my state as it was a very long two day trip.

Overall, my children and my family had a great time so I do not have much to complain about my kids enjoyed themselves. This was the first time they visited.
