An awesome store for inspiring young minds. All sorts of games and toys, mostly educational in purpose. Arts and crafts out the wazoo too!

We went to fidget headquarters, which is right next to the teachers lounge. It was so much fun! They had all the things from pop its to giant fuzzy nee doh. We got one of their fidget packs which is like a blind bag. It was well worth it! Lots of great items. Overall great stop!

The Teacher’s Lounge has an incredible selection of products, their Fidget Headquarters store is a one stop shop for fidget lovers. However, what really impressed me was the customer service. I’m an out of state customer who orders online. I have a special needs kiddo and between her needs and my obsession with fidget toys, we are constantly seeking out new educational toys, therapeutic toys, and fidget toys. We loved the selection of unique items.

When this store noticed that they were out of an item that I had ordered online, they not only called me to speak to me about it personally before shipping to offer me a refund or an alternate item, but they replaced the (permanently) out of stock item with an item of slightly higher value. Where else do you get this kind of customer service? Particularly when it comes to a low-cost item. I’m extremely impressed, and I’ll certainly be ordering more items in the future. The items were shipped quickly, and the company has kept me informed of my order through text message, email, and even phone calls. I would highly recommend ordering from The Teachers Lounge / Fidget headquarters because they offer high quality products, excellent customer service, and the opportunity to support a smaller business that clearly cares about their products and customers.

Ordered fidgets from Fidget Headquarters and the post office destroyed my package and lost more than half of the order. When my package arrived in that condition, I was a little confused what had happened since USPS didn’t tell me anything had happened to my package. Phoned the store and spoke with Scott, who didn’t hesitate to replace everything that was missing and destroyed, even though it wasn’t their fault. Thanks so much! My little one is happy to have her fidgets!!

I took my 2012 MacBook Pro laptop to Scott at The Teachers Lounge with a long list of problems. I'm in my 60's and I wasn't ready to buy another laptop. I love my MacBook Pro. I am able to use it with ease and it is filled with my precious photos and files!

Scott was very helpful, professional, friendly, patient with my endless questions and extremely effiecient.
Scott explained step by step what he was doing and why. He explained to me the costs and provided me with various options.

Scott was able to get my laptop up and running again and I got all of my precious photos and files back. Not only did I get an upgraded hard drive and an increase from 4GBs to 16GBs RAM drive but, I also acquired some great techy knowledge from him too.

Great games and educational toys for really young kids. We found a board game my almost three year old could play that teaches him counting.

I only ever shopped online, and had an issue (which was not the store's fault at all, something was packaged wrong from the manufacturer) when I called, I spoke to a person, who is EXTREMELY NICE, and went above and beyond the call of duty to accomodate my needs. I will be shopping with The Teacher's Lounge from now on.
