Mattress Firm Mid Rivers

I went to the Mattress Firm today for a new mattress and the level of professionalism and help I received from Brian was top notch. It was one of my best experiences making a purchase for my home. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Brian answered all of my questions and it was a pleasure to receive his support. It felt more like I was talking to an old friend than receiving a sales pitch which I appreciate greatly.

Brian was an excellent salesman! We went to just go look and he sold us on a beautiful queen size bed. He asked us some information about how our sleep habits are, and what our budget was. We narrowed down to 3 and found the perfect one! He was very clear in giving us delivery instructions, and he even sold us on a free adjustable box spring! Will definitely go here again! Very pleasant experience!

I bought a mattress from this location a month ago, and Brian and Jess made finding a new bed so easy! I am rather picky and don't like memory foam, so I knew I would need to try mattresses in-person. Jess made that experience wonderful! She was attentive to my needs and helped me find a bed that was exactly what I was looking for, even when I couldn't fully describe it myself. The process of purchasing the bed was quick, and I qualified for a free base and low-cost delivery and set-up, which was a lovely surprise. Then, Brian helped me arrange delivery in a whole different state (I visited this location over the holidays), and the coordination with the other city went seamlessly. I can't thank this team enough for their efficient and friendly service.

Jess was great to work with and very knowledgeable about all the products. She helped us pick out the right mattress and adjustable bed frame. She brought to our attention the bedding we would need when we got our new bed. I couldn't be happier!

Very helpful and friendly staff in pointing out features of the various mattresses. Not "pushy" at all--let us explore and try out mattresses, but close by to answer questions. We're happy with our choice and with the experience. This is the second bed we've purchased at this particular store and we'll recommend it to others.

Vincent E. was extremely personable and knowledgeable about everything I asked about. I also watched his interactions with the many customers that came into the store while I was there, and Vincent gave them the same excellent customer service and very knowledgeable answers that I received. Stopped in with my wife and two boys just to look getting a new mattress. Ended up buying one in part to how genuine and kind Brian the salesperson was. He answered are questions and never once did I feel pressured to buy. Will recommend to others.

Came in to get a new mattress because mine is old. Was greeted by Vincent and he was very knowledgeable on all the products and brands, and was very friendly! Definitely made purchasing a new mattress very easy!

The salesperson, Brian was terrific. He listened to our needs and explained all of our options. We had a terrible experience with a recent purchase at a going out of sale event but he was great!

Brian was very helpful, and took so much time to answer our questions. He's very knowledgeable, and courteous. Never felt pressured, or rush to make a purchase. Would definitely buy from him again in the future.

Vincent was an outstanding salesman. He made sure to go over all details thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted/needed. Vincent is what I wish all salesmen were like. Brian was a great sidekick as well

The shopping experience was good. Vincent at the chesterfield location found the right mattress for me. However, their warehouse could not deliver on the promise date. Vincent has done everything in his power to make it up to me. I appreciate that! I give 5 stars to the store experience and Vincent, trying to forget the warehouse issue.

Jess was very professional and greeted me as I entered. She was very helpful in allowing me to show her what I had chosen and then she showed me a comparison because what I had chosen was not in the store but she still took time to help me. Kudos to Jess!!!

I had an amazing experience! It was my first time buying a mattress alone in a very long time. I was a little nervous. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in (even though the sales person had a customer she was working with). Once she finished working with her customers Jess assisted me with finding mattresses that matched what I was looking for and within my price range. She was so patient with me! I love the fact that they offer lay-a-way as well. That allowed me to get a really nice mattress and not worry about how I was going to pay for it. I will definitely recommend this Mattress Firm store.
