I shop here a lot because it is close to work, but I go there in my off time as well because the staff is nice and helpful and it has a local feel.

I like to shop local and this place always has what I need. The customer service is very good. They're always helpful and ready to show you what you need and give you a little knowledge if you need it too.

I love this Sutherlands. It's in my area. They have everything. Their prices are always low and the staff know their business. They are really a secret here, plus, the post office is here too. Well I hope that was helpful. Have a great day!

This is my go-to spot for spring gardening supplies. Their prices are good and it's so convenient! Not overwhelmingly crowded like those big box stores. And, I happened to stumble upon their Spring plant sale last year. Awesome plants/trees/veggies!

Plus, there's a lot of untapped potential for all of my other hardware needs. I definitely need to check out the house paint. They seem to have great selection.

Great service, great places and overall a wonderful experience. Super nice selection of quality plants that are much larger too than you would ever get anywhere else for these prices! I go to there early bird sales every year!!

The customer service is incredible! You do not find people like this everyday! Especially at Lowe’s! They went out of their way to help us, when Lowe’s was the one that should have offered to help seeing how we bought a $1200.00 refrigerator from them and they didn’t offer to help me strap it down!! These to gentlemen at Sutherlands spent at least 30 minutes tying it down for us! Thank you so much!!! The random acts of kindness are what keeps you going back to a business especially right now with this epidemic!

Always get help on projects. At Lowe's and Home Depot, you cannot find anyone to help you and when you do, it is an inconvenience to them and they don't know anything. I receive so.e very good advice at Sutherlands and they have very good prices. It is superconvenient and a well organized store.

Convenient location near me on Glenstone. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Offers a military discount. Prices are a little higher on some things than, say, Walmart, but it is the closest hardware shop near us for doing home projects and the small price difference can be worth it for the convenience of saving a trip down Glenstone

Love the fact that this place has a large selection of vegetables and plants this time of year everything wasn't in the best of shape but definitely it was at a great fair price and everybody in there is friendly and willing to help the atmosphere in there is great

The fact that it is truly a family owned business, makes this place a pleasure to visit! They are always helpful and knowledgeable. You never know what you're going to find! BTW, if you havent gotten one yet their live Christmas trees are not only beautiful, but much more affordable than anywhere else!

Grab your shopping cart from the parking lot if it's a busy time at the store! Otherwise you'll be searching everywhere! Few are available.

Came in from out of town and needed tie-downs and tarps unexpectedly. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and great. It’s nice when people go above and beyond in this day and age and restore some faith in humanity. Great people!

Great local hardware chain. Easy to overlook due to location, but has everything needed for home repair. Etc and centrally located.

They don't have as much to choose from when compared to other stores, but you count on them to have a good selection of live Christmas trees at a reasonable price! Can't wait to decorate our tree for the holiday season.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledge! The store doesn't look it has much to offer from the outside but it is surprising big on the inside and well stocked. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out.

Store is nice. Staff was helpful. Nice sale prices on mulch and plants. Parking lot leaves something to be desired, but there's nothing to be done about that.
