My mom just purchased a house and in my opinion, her realtor didn't look out for her at all. She wasn't given all the the details and information during her whole buying experience. I think he took advantage of her age and lack of homebuying knowledge to make the sell.

I can tell by my phone call to them that they only care about the money and not the actual houses or people that they sell them to. I called to inform them that there were many people coming in and out of their empty house and he basically did not care. He informed me that the house was under contract and to call the police. So what I am taking from this is that the house no longer belongs to them so now instead of coming to check on the house, it is someone else's problem. This particular house has been empty since I moved into the neighborhood in 2012. They do not check on it and only cut the grass when they get the yellow city sign in the yard stating they will be fined if it is not cut down. I can see now, when I am ready to buy a home, I will skip Cooper Realty.
