The associate made my experience very well. I went in for a cup of coffee and the associate kept me updated for fresh coffee. She greeted everyone with a friendly manner. Overall the Panera was clean and organized from the customer perspective. Parking can be tricky as it is in the city. There is parking lot next to the building which is nice. Oftentimes it can be full.

It is a great store. Everyone is really nice and always there with a smile for you! They made my day on Wednesday when I came in for breakfast, incredibly sweet and genuine people. They actually remembered my name and greeted me when I came through the door! Best staff and customer service I have ever encountered

Got a sandwich and salad during rush hour lunch. Food quality and service was the best it’s been in 3 years at this location, even though I ordered at one of the busier times of the day.

I always forget to snap a photo when I go there because the food be tasting and smelling so good I totally forget about the photos for you viewers lol. Next time I will 100%

The super bowl was amazing and to die for. The grilled cheese was Krispies with melty cheese

The woman at the counter- im told she was the general manager- was extremely unprofessional. On her phone the entire time, ignored me trying to inquire about my order. She wasn't there for long, though, and the employees making the food were helpful.

Went to Panera today with a 15 dollar gift card . Ryan was so awesome! First I ordered Mac and cheese then I change to a bag of scones and bread to take home . That was already 15 dollars. Ryan included my Mac and cheese and a small coffee. He was so kind !! Thank you very much Ryan ! Keep up the good work!!!

Very Tasty Food And Great Customer Service Everytime I Come Here Really Recommend To Anyone Who Hasn't Been.

Tried the Mediterranean and Baja bowls for the first time. Very very good! Normally we get a sandwich but these are great too and this store does a good job of preparing them. Also the cold tea is amazing. Instead of soda try the tea. Make sure you sign up for Panera's reward program. This location has a small parking lot or park on the street. Overall highly recommended

I ordered at the incorrect location, a location that was all the way across town. Management canceled the order at the other location and quickly remade my order. Best customer service I've had at any Panera. They couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

Tried to order flatbread pizza delivery but app would not let me. So I went there. The pizza was great and the person who took my order was very helpful. But I fell twice on my way back to the bus stop and was still for 2 days.

Okay, I have to admit I thought it was a place to just eat bread, I know I'm a tad bit "we todd it" but my lady introduced me to one of thee best sandwiches I've ever wrapped my lips around.. I'll definitely be back..

My first time here and I can say without a doubt I will make it my mission to go more often. Ive had the best broccoli and cheddar soup of my life here and the pairing of bread is perfect. Their drinks are also amazing. And on top of it being delicious and filling its also low calorie.

I love this place. Say what you will about chains, they are always cheerful and greet you at the counter. The food is tasty and you know what you're going to get. Its nice to get regular status because they do remember you! And free refills on ice tea....big plus!

Very welcoming, clean, quick, and one worker even told me about free coffee for 3 months instead of letting me spend my cash! Awesome place. I will be starting. My day there more often
