Patricia and Teresa were absolutely fantastic at guiding us through the maze of selling our home. Required paperwork easily signed electronically, facilitating rapid responses when needed, especially during the negotiation process. Our home had 3 offers within 48 hours of putting the house on the market; closing occurred within 30 days after signing the offer. Most importantly, Teresa immediately notified us of showing requests, which we estimate were over 15 within a one week period. Can't say enough about their professionalism, streamlined and efficient document signing processes, and personalized touch throughout the sale of our home!

Working with Patricia and her team (Teresa, specifically) was amazing. This was our second time using Patricia and we cannot imagine working with a different team. We needed to both buy a house and sell an existing one and as luck would have it we started the process right at the beginning of the pandemic. Talk about a stressful time, right? To make matters worse, the house we were trying to sell was a disaster from a series of negligent tenants. Another complicating factor was that we had just about 3 days to make an offer on a home before we needed to head back to Kansas where we were currently living. All of these things add up to an incredibly stressful time. Patricia and Teresa were incredibly patient with us at each and every step. We relied on them probably more than the average home buyer/seller and yet never once did we feel like we were a burden. Our questions were always answered with as much insight as possible despite the fact that this was a crazy time (thank you very much, COVID). We worked with Patricia when we bought our house in 2015 and since we had a smooth process in the purchase of our house we decided to have her help us sale our house this year.

Teresa was our agent for the sale of our home. She is a hard worker and very prompt with all communications. The buyer of our house had a few hiccups during the contract phase but Teresa was very diligent in making the process as smooth as possible. Teresa was nothing short of fantastic. I contacted her about selling my home while I was overseas on a military deployment. She worked tirelessly to answer questions, help prepare and stage the house in my absence, and keep me informed on updates, despite the time difference and only being able to communicate through email.

She found a buyer extremely quickly, and expertly coordinated repair quotes and negotiations. Her prowess resulted in me selling much faster and profiting much more than I expected, all while still overseas. I cannot recommend Teresa enough, especially for military families!

Three weeks before we had to sell and move out of the state, we emailed Patricia Fritzinger and got a call back immediately! I appreciate the quick responses to my questions, putting me at ease throughout the process. Patricia sent one of her agents, Teresa Honeycutt. Teresa is friendly,  helpful, patient, and knowledgeable with all of our questions. When we moved and left the house. she took such bright and welcoming pictures of the house which she used to advertise online by the afternoon. On the same day by night time, she informed us that we already had multiple people who will see the place on Sunday. By Monday. we had multiple offers and was able to pick an offer by Tuesday. Teresa made the appointment to replace the carpet and repair what was needed, In a month, we closed on the house. Teresa made our home selling an exciting and less stress move.

The market is so crazy right now, but Patricia and Teresa remained very professional and helped us tremendously through this process. We are first time homebuyers, so this was very important to us. Before you decide to choose Patricia Fritzinger to represent you as your Realtor, please ask HER the reason WHY she was reprimanded and fined because of a complaint filed against her with the NC Real Estate Commission and the Goldsboro/Wayne County Association of Realtors.

Better yet, before you decide to choose Patricia Fritzinger as your Realtor, ask HER to provide you with a copy of the complaint that was filed and ruled against her.

I would never and I do mean never recommend Patricia Fritzinger as a Real Estate Agent!!!

Patricia Fritzinger is deemed to be very dishonest and unethical in her actions and representation as the Listing Agent and Broker In Charge for a property that we were looking to purchase in late 2020.

It is deemed that Patricia Fritzinger and her Sellers, the Villarreals, knowingly withheld Material Facts about the property that had been previously discovered from a previous home inspection in order to keep certain problems the home had from prospective buyers.

In addition, Patricia Fritzinger gave FALSE information to another interested party regarding the REAL reason the Offer To Purchase Contract was canceled on the Property instead of stating the TRUTH about the material defects of the property known but yet had not been disclosed.

No prospective Buyer should have to ever go through with what we went through in seeking to purchase a home in dealing with someone who deemed to be so dishonest and unethical as Patricia Fritzinger and her Sellers, Mr. and Mrs. Villarreal.

Should Patricia Fritzinger challenge this review as false, supporting documents exist that can be posted that will support otherwise.
