Pet Supplies Plus Springfield (S. Glenstone)

I had never been to this location before, but I am very glad I did! They had 2 finches that were disabled and in need of homes, and I came back later that night to get them both! Thank you so much to Kris and the other employees for helping these birds. I can tell they care very much about their animals, unlike other pet stores I’ve been to in town. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to love these birds for the rest of their lives!

Self dog washing station is great they give you a brush, towels and a treat for your dog. Shampoo and conditioner is at the dog wash station for free. The dog wash stations are a little bigger than a full size tub and at the perfect height so you dont have to bend over alot. Better than the self dog wash at the car washes. A little more money but worth it. Great experience! Clean store and friendly staff. Definitely will go again.

I never really came in here because I thought they only carried pet supplies but I was surprised to find out they had animals and in particular fish. They had a great assortment and variety to choose from and the staff was really helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very well managed pet shop. Their fish selection and expert advice is impressive. If you need advice on the fish ask for Mikey.

We have many pets, including fish so we frequent all the pet store in Springfield. This one is by far the best. The aquarium tanks are ALL ALWAYS clean, the fish are healthy, I won't buy aquatic plants at any other store either. The store is always clean and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

I do like this PetsWay. I am currently fixated on someday acquiring a red factor canary in spite of the fact that I have never had a bird for a pet before... 😅 And if this day comes sooner than later, PetsWay could deliver! At least they could the last time I checked, which was just a few days ago! I have been watching these silly red factor canaries for weeks, months now even. And each time I go in with more questions about being a bird owner someday, the PetsWay employees here are always so helpful and informative, even though I repeatedly walk out the door with just cat food for my kitties... and no canary, at least not yet! But if and when I decide to finally take the plunge, this is the place I would like to get the canary from. They've just been so nice and helpful when I come in wanting to talk about these beautiful birds.

There are 5 Petsways in Springfield and this is my favorite one! The staff here is fantastic, friendly, patient, and always answers all of my questions! I have 11 pets and 6 of them came from this store. I got two healthy hand raised cockatiels here and 4 rats from here, as well as two cages, food, and lots and lots of toys, treats, and accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable about there products and animals. This also seems to be the cleanest of the pet stores I've been to. I prefer this Petsway over the other large pet store chains such as Petsmart and Petco. They also have a fantastic rewards system here! You earn points for the money you spend and on your next visit you can use the points like cash towards your next purchase out you can let them build up and get something basically for free! It's not a credit card or anything, you just earn points in the sore and it is great. I love this Petsway!

This place rocks!! Super friendly and will give you the advice and help you need for whatever pet needs are!! Also has some pretty cool treats that look like I might one to try one. I didn’t of course but when the kids got home they did lol!! Of course it’s not for us so you can imagine how disappointed they was that they weren’t real doughnuts 🍩 but the dogs loved them and they wasn’t too expensive either!!

Petsway is the only pet store I do business with. Every time I visit their stores I'm greeted by multiple friendly staff members who are always very eager to help. They carrily higher end products but at the cheapest price. For examplr, My cat has to have a special diet or else she gets terribly sick. I had tried all different types of food, but nothing worked, and it was not looking good for her. My vet recommended multiple expensive diets. After trying two different types with no success, I visited Petsway. I spoke with a very friendly staff member who pointed me in the right direction. Not only has my cat been illness free on this new food, but Petsway is $10-$20 cheaper than everyone else! Plus, they have Millies favorite toy!

This the the most convenient pet store for our location, Lots of items for Cats and dogs, but I do wish they had more to offer for Reptiles.

I have not picked my jaw off the floor yet, how amazed I am with this, my first online dog food order with delivery. Black friday sale plus discount added with auto ship, I saved a lot which helps me immensely. Not only that, they delivered within an hour which I was not expecting. Fabulous!!!!!

Fish tanks are clean and the people who work here are nice.
