This place has a freaking awesome mechanic one of the best I have come across so far as far as other reviews go that are a clear representation of defamation of character and slander. That a long with the fact that certain new staff hired are at the lowest level of maturity and the highest level of drama . Nick the head mechanic of the place always comes in and properly diagnosed every vehicle he tells front desk exactly what he needs and what needs to be done it is front desk and managements job to order parts in timely manner and communicate with the customer which is severely poorly delivered and needs major improvement along with inventory that is not recorded and monitored in a professional way the main problem with this place is management and district management always being concerned with p and L versus making sure employees have everything they need to do job properly and not always trying to to cut corners to benefit your personal paycheck! That's all:) but I do agree with one thing Amanda said your right Trina doesn't know a damn thing about what she is selling and makes up half of what she says!

Had the best experience. The employees went so far above and beyond. Woman working the inside desk was so sweet and helpful. After arriving late she still took me right in and after showing me problem she and the mechanic (nick) I believe offered to stay 2 hrs late to fix the issues right there n then. When telling me amount it would cost they seen it was high and gave me multiple discounts on services and labor saving few hundred dollars. The woman even went and got one of the parts herself so I could get it done same night even tho they were technically supposed to be off. Amd ontop of all this as if it wasn't enough they were some of the nicest most down to earth people who truly went out of there way multiple times to help me make sure I was able to get my car fixed. They definitely earned my buisness for life n that's saying alot since my uncle is a mechanic with a shop. I'd give em 10.stars.if u could and would recommend them everytime for any of you mechanical or tire needs. Thanks again u guys are the best and will be seeing me again very soon!

We really like the people and manager here. They never try to sell you something you don’t need. That is what I like most. Their service is impeccable!! We have gone here for over 20 years.

I rarely write a review but Trina the manager and her team were real lifesavers on August 17th. The alternator on our truck failed on our trip from MI to TX while we were on I-44. The first place we tried said they couldn’t help us until the next day. Luckily we found Tire Choice and they had us up and going in less than 2 hours. Super friendly too!

I was driving and could hear something in my tire. Stopped to take a look and it was a giant bolt! Put some air in and Tire Choice was the nearest tire place so I pulled in unannounced. I was delighted to see two women at the counter and explained my situation. I asked if they might have time to rotate the tires and do an oil change as well and they did that for me no problem. They got me in and out in about an hour and I will definitely be a returning customer! They made a stressful event a whole lot easier for me. Thank you so much.

26 mins from the time I showed up and the time I was driving away with my replaced tire. Super fast and effective.

I am blown away by the top notch service and knowledge at the Sunset Hills Tire Choice. As a women I am always nervous going into a repair shop. I was delighted to see a women managed business with a women mechanic as well. As I waited for my car, I heard the manager throughly explain options for each customer and ways for them to save money.

Nice to not feel scammed when I go to get my car fixed and I will be coming back!

Coming into Tire Choice today Trina the store manager at this location took care of all my car needs. I would recommend this store for any services. She has high spirits and is a get it done kind of person. Cares about her customers and answers all questions that is needed. I’ll be back.

I do phone call before get here they tell me came in 3:30 I bring car in 3:15 and they take car in shop for work immediately. They install my own 4 brand new tires, replace tpms, and do wheel alignment.
For sure gonna came back!
Staff that working here super respectful, know what they doing, they show me broken tpms before install new one so you can really trust that work gonna be done.

I had a very good experience this morning. Had a flat tire when I got off duty at my job, and brought my car in around 7:45am. Ryan was an awesome guy and really helped me out. I can’t speak to any of the other reviews or other locations . How we, I Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to this location. Ryan is the kind of employee all companies need. Thanks again!

Many people at my company recommended them. Service and communication about my car was excellent. They did a complete inspection and diagnostics, sent me messages and a copy of the report with detail.

On a Saturday, I was looking at prices for two new tires for my F150 because the day before, I ate a pothole and blew out both passenger tires.

Tire Choice had appointments just a couple hours later available the same day. Every staff member was friendly despite being super busy.

They identified that I had hit a pothole on their own by how far out of alignment my truck was.

In and out quite fast for needing as much done. I have a new tire shop I will always go to.

Got me in within 5 minutes when I needed a tire patched. 30 minutes later I was out the door at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I unexpectedly ran over something and punctured my tire. After driving to the Tire Choice on the spare, I learned that my Volvo takes only one type of tire and I needed to replace all four. Trina, the lady who initially took my call and who helped me when I arrived, was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. When she realized she would have to drive to pick up my tires, and that there were only 4 left and the place closed within the hour, she left immediately and hastily picked them up so I could have them today. Once the tires arrived, the team took care of everything in a timely manner. All of the staff were friendly and the building was clean. I appreciate the service I received and the professionalism of everyone at Tire Choice on S. Lindbergh.

Brought our Honda to the Sunset Hills location for service and Ryan was extremely helpful. We agreed on the needed repairs ahead of the work and also reviewed the expected bill prior to any work starting. They were able to get the repairs done while I waited. Honest and dependable. Great job!
