Excelente Atención

Disappointed with the lack of care I received. I am in the process of finding a PCP and went to this location to start off. I have been in pain for a while and gave a pretty detailed reason for my visit. The doctor came in and I felt blown off. They gave me a diagnosis that had nothing to do with the pain I was feeling. I left when they kept repeating themselves and seemed to not listen to me. I read my after care summary and they had added a body part I did not mention at all! I went to a walk in clinic, got the xray and MRI done. Amazingly enough, it was nothing like what the doctor had diagnosed me with. I have multiple tears where my chief complaint was. Had I listened to the doctor at this location, I wouldn't be taken care of. Good thing I listened to myself and found someone who actually took the time to listen and was concerned.

I’ve never in my life felt so unpleasant and uncomfortable in a place like this I been here early and I’m waiting past my time to be see…. I will never come back to this place, they are saying they are running behind but they are standing at the desk talking and walking around… and the staff at the desk is rude and make you feel like you unwanted

Think twice before scheduling with Dr. Yolanda Enrich. She made me feel crazy after a TEN minute appointment, 3 of which she was actually apart of. Her PA lead the appointment and I was basically told that there was nothing she could do. She had no background information before listing things I should avoid that caused my symptoms (which were all things I avoided in my everyday life). She didn’t try to help or listen. She suggested for me to get my eyes checked?!!! Just an all around terrible experience. Shortest appointment for something that has been bothering my for a long time.
