I have a cut on my left cheek under my eye that received eleven stitches. Shawn directed me to a product they stock called Inesscents Scar Serum. I applied this product 3 to 4 X daily for one week and the results was beyond my belief. My scar really has healed amazingly. I would highly recommend this product and stop in and see Stephanie and Shawn. They have an amazing business for all your health needs. Cheers

This is our first time on Oak Island. I am so glad I found this place. It is a struggle to find somewhere healthy to eat. My family and I were here for a week and stopped by four times for smoothies and some groceries. Stephanie and Shawn are such nice people. Thank you for creating your smoothie shop!!

We have been coming to oak island for many years and we just happened to come across Inergy Market. I loved the protein smoothies they are delicious!! We had to come serval times during our stay to try other smoothies. The owners are very friendly and helpful!

Great owners and great products. Their smoothies are delicious and healthy too! I’m a type 1 diabetic, and their smoothies are lower on the glycemic index, helping to keep my blood glucose levels from increasing rapidly.

Just popped in during my beach vacation. Very impressed with the selection of goods and foods, given the tiny space! They had several of my family's staples and stand-by favorites. And the prices were amazingly competitive! Definitely coming back the next time we vacation here. And we might stop back again for the frozen bananas dipped in chocolate for my kids!

After recently being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I've been looking for more healthy and better food selections. Happened to come across this Market while in Oak Island last week on vacation. So glad I stopped there. The owner was very helpful, knowledgeable and he recommended several items which I purchased and am enjoying. Especially the HU dark chocolates and the monkfruit sweetener. I highly recommend this place and I'm looking forward to stopping here again on my next visit to Oak island. Thank you so much!

If you are looking for something more on the healthy side, then look no further and grab yourself a smoothie from Inergy Market! It’s a bit more expensive than most smoothie places, but I promise the quality is worth it! The folks running the place are also very pleasant and you don’t mind spending the extra money for some nice, hard working people! It’s just recently become my go to place when I need an afternoon pick-me-up to get me through the rest of my day. It’s better than grabbing a cub of joe for a much needed afternoon pick up! I could for sure sing for them an entire album. For them I’m getting the vibe of “Unclassified,” an album of classic 80’s rock. Let’s hope they enjoy me rocking the place out as I drink their different smoothies!

Inergy Market is a hidden gem and my favorite find in Oak Island! Once discovered I needed one of their smoothies every morning (try the swamp juice of the chocolate peanut butter banana)! The staff were very attentive and they have a wonderful selection of health foods, supplements, vegan options and much more!

My favorite store on the Island! (well the hardware store is a close second...). Seriously, this place is great, and the owners are really nice people who take their time to make your visit worthwhile. I originally came here just to pick up some Bai, but now I am addicted the nuts and chips cooked in coconut oil, some really amazing snack bars, amazingly good coffee (if I don't get a cup when I'm down here, I feel like I missed out). I think another reviewer called it down-to-earth, but I think it's also honest people, not trying to scam you, and having some really healthy options - did I mention the smoothies!

Give it a try, there is something for everyone - even some really nice souvenirs.
