Great place. Always clean and tidy

Having to find a laundromat nearby when our washer died unexpectedly, I searched on Google maps to see those in my area. I didn’t think that I really needed much more than washing machines that actually worked. After going through the reviews of a couple places in the neighborhood, I began to understand that there is more to it than just proximity and operational machines. Some of the concerns that were brought up in other’s reviews showed me things that were actually pretty important.

One thing that jumps from the reviews on South Broadway Laundry is the attention paid to the suggestions and concerns brought up from customers by the "new owner." It looks like they’ve been at this for about two years now, so they aren’t exactly “new” anymore. I was impressed that each comment, positive or negative, received a thoughtful response. First time I went, I was a little confused about the machines and made some washing errors that prolonged my stay. The second time I went was an absolute breeze! The washers have an option to pay by credit card via the Pay Range app on your phone. Once you have it set up, the app scans the machines, and you just pay on your phone. There is only one dryer that uses the app so you will still need quarters. It is .25 for seven minutes. I used two dryers that had three blankets and one towel along with a couple more loads of wash and everything was fully dry in about 40 minutes. Very quiet and chill in the early hours. I was done in 2 hours which included folding and waiting for my Uber ride! The lady attendant is super nice as well!

My experience with this place has always been pleasant. It's clean, quiet, cool, and totally with the times. The washers are front loaders (every one of them along with the most varying in sizes) with the PayRange App availability and capability. So simple just scan the QR Code and go. I absolutely am in love with it! As far as expense it isn't bad. I've been worse and paid more, so, you'll hear no complaints from me. PLUS, there's vending machines. Alot of laundry mats don't implement those because of the taboo-ism in it. Anyway, definitely the mat for me!

I recently moved and do not have my washer and dryer hooked up yet. I went to South Broadway Laundry today and it is definitely one of the nicest laundromats I've been to. The staff and owner are very nice and extremely helpful. I hate going to the laundromat and doing laundry in general, however this laundromat made it much more tolerable.

Clean machines and facility. Plenty of lighting and the place is well taken of. The owner came in as I was waiting for clothes to dry. Very nice and courteous, even asking for suggestions on what he can do to improve the place and sharing some of his plans to make the experience more enjoyable/bearable… since doing laundry is not something most people are excited about doing. Not sure why the previous poster left a negative review about doors locking, there’s signs clearly posted EVERYWHERE that lists doors lock at 9 pm for the safety of the patrons. I give this place high marks and would recommend it to anyone in the area!

The place is pretty cool the washers and dryers work pretty good and the lady that works there named Kitty Zaiger is an angel she is so humble and so kind she is a true blessing to the community whoever owns that place is privileged to have her working there she needs a raise I'm going back there tomorrow and I hope she's working

Very nice laundry facility. Easy pay from your phone app for washers and a couple dryers. Laundry areas and restroom clean and kept. One of the nicest laundry facilities I've visited. The attendant was nice and helpful.

Very clean and machines are easy to use. Can't ask for more in a laundromat! New owners since last post newer machines just as easy to use. Great place!

Washer at my apartment broke and had to go 🚶‍♂ to the laundromat. Even though there are places closer to my I went here because I had gone there before and knew it was a nice clean place. 👌

THE BEST LAUNDRY PLACE. No nonsense, clean, air, everything works and secure with cameras.....it's my new place to do laundry, met the owner my first time he was polite and gave me a 2 free boxes of dryer sheets! Every little bit helps! I love it!!

I highly recommend as all washers work and driers run hot. Doors lock at 9PM providing folks a safe environment. Great improvements and freshly painted walls makes doing laundry easier.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the staff. They were extremely nice and helpful which is something that I'm not used to seeing at a laundromat. I went in the morning around 10am and it wasn't busy so there were plenty of washer and dryers to be used. I definitely recommend this place to do laundry especially if you don't want to be fighting for washers and dryers just to do laundry .

These are some great people. All of their machines are in excellent working order and reasonably priced. Cleanest facility iv ever seen honestly. Five stars for sure👍

WOW, Huge washer. 8 Loads is amazing. Even made in America. I love that. Clean facility and management is new and nice. This one is a good one.
