I have visited this store on multiple occasions. The experience was "OK" and I got what I wanted and left. Today, I visited the store and met Esther. WOW! She is one of the best customer service reps I have ever been associated with. In a world where "customer service" has gone to hell, she gives me hope. I'm not sure how much Cricket is paying her, but I know it's not enough. They should pray that they are able to keep her. Thank you Esther.

So I'm a real normal guy work 2 jobs. I'm also a single dad with 4 daughters. I had Verizon paying $306 a month😬. The store manager Ester was able to get me 4 lines for $100 a month!😄👍🏾 cricket's service is awesome.
