Boure Restaurant

As an Oxford resident, I’ve always heard how good this place was, but never decided to eat here until now. All I can say is… WOW. I’ve seriously been missing out. The service/atmosphere was amazing and I definitely recommend getting the cornflour fried catfish. I’ve never had catfish so flavorful and tender in my life. The gouda mac n cheese that accompanied it was also very delicious. I will definitely be back to try the other dishes on their menu. 10/10 recommend.

Really excellent. Great bar. Excellent steaks and the Mahi was solid as well. I see no way to go wrong here.

A couple of coworkers and I were in town for work for a few days, and Boure was our second meal during our time in Oxford. We went for dinner on day 1, and everything was great. The hostess was polite, the waitress was polite and attentive and informative with dishes and recommendations, and the food was all around good.

We had the fried crawfish for an appetizer. Small fish nibs, fried perfectly, served with a great dipping sauce.
Next we had the pan fried crab cakes and the shrimp and grits. The crab cakes were perfectly cooked with a lot of crab meat. The shrimp and grits were probably one of the best I had! Great sauce with sausage pieces, and the grits were cheesey and delicious!!

Great place for group gathering - we were able to talk and hear each other 😀. Excellent, knowledgeable server helped with food selections and gluten free choices. My brisket plate was delicious, and the sweet potato fries were more crispy than flabby, like I like 'em. Highly recommend. 5 💫 (pic is of my leftovers 😋)

I’m so glad that we found this place! The customer service was amazing! The selection of food and drinks were fantastic! Every dish had a unique twist. I had the catfish with mac and cheese but the fish was topped with a crawfish cream sauce and the mac was topped with tomatoes and okra and made with Gouda cheese!!!! So good! I might just plan another trip back to Oxford just to try more dishes!

Visiting Oxford for the first time. Loved this restaurant . Friendly service. Cute unique place. Food was delicious and fast. I had grilled steak salad. Excellent dressing choices. Hubs had Mississippi Philly steak c
sandwich and fries. He gave it a 10!

We were looking for a nice but casual place to go for dinner on the square in Oxford and this place was perfect. Great atmosphere, not a long wait, and great service. Crawfish egg rolls were fantastic. I got the Mahi and it was light and the potatoes and brussel sprouts were delicious. My husband got the shrimp and grits and they were wonderful as well. Definitely would love to go back because there were other items we wanted to try.

Being from Charleston, I am familiar with this restaurant group and was thrilled to have lunch at Boure while in Oxford. The gumbo, fried crayfish, and shrimp and grits were all excellent! The shrimp and grits are some of the best I've eaten anywhere in the southeastern US.

One of my favorite restaurants in Oxford! The food is amazing! I would suggest getting there a little early though because it’s almost impossible to find a parking spot around The Square!

It was a Saturday night dinner. The grilled salmon and tomato basil soup was perfect for my taste. The friendliness of the staff also made me happy. This is my comfort zone. I will return here again!

This was a delicious place to eat. They had some items on the menu that were different which was nice. The bunless burger bowl was absolutely delicious! It had such flavor and was a good size. We also got the Philly steak sandwich with prime rib for the meat which was also good. Spinach and artichoke dip was a little different. Wasn't bad just different but the garlic bread with it was a great texture. Drinks were good too! Service was friendly. It took a little bit of time to get our food but they kept updating us so all was good. Food definitely worth the wait.

We came in for an Ole Miss game with my daughter and went to Boure after the game for dinner. The service was really good and the food was better. We had the shrimp and grits and the pasta jambalaya and they were both rich with flavor. I asked for some extra heat on the pasta jambalaya and they seasoned it perfectly. Fantastic place to relax and eat!

I would give it 10 stars if that were an option. The service was welcoming and Brita was kind and attentive. The crawfish was fried to delicate perfection. I chose this restaurant because I googled “best crab cakes near me” and whew hunT, this place nailed the assignment!!! By far the most flavorful texture rich meaty demonstration of a crab cake that I have ever experienced. Kudos!!

The food was great! The service was good. Great atmosphere and a good time. The salmon was delicious!

A friend treated me but I picked the place. All of us had never came to this place and it’s a great experience of all. According to the amount of three dishes we ordered, the sausage was perfect, the beef fillet might not be sufficient for an individual(or you will get hungry soon), the pasta seemed too much for me( and my friend didn’t finish it). In all, both the taste and atmosphere of this place were lovely and it was highly recommended.

This place is a great spot to eat. Plenty of tables, and if one is full, go upstairs enjoy a few drinks then head down when your table is ready. Wait for food wasn’t bad at all, I will definitely be coming back here.

Wonderful as always. This little gem in my hometown remains a staple for me. You'll get great Southern food, hospitality & a reason to come back to try something new with each visit! Always an enjoyable experience & the crab cakes never disappoint!😍

Awesome menu selection. BBQ shrimp appetizer and grilled mahi was awesome. Great place for a date night!
