Dan, our technician, was amazing on our walk through! So knowledgeable!! He took his time and answered all our questions. He was very helpful. This RV facility had the best customer service experience we have ever had so far! BEST service and customer concern of any RV place we have gone to.

The service manager Daniel was very pleasant and helpful. Daniel took care of all of RV service needs, kept us informed of repairs and updates, and was great to work with.
The salesman we talked with was Drew. He was exceptional and went the extra mile for us.

While traveling our Scope BMPro stopped working. Stopped into Great American RV and after explaining the problem to Isaac the Assistant Service Manager he promptly looked it over and fixed the issue in minutes.This was fabulous service! We highly recommend Great American.

My husband & I have been looking at coaches at the Hattiesburg GARV Store for nearly a year. Last January, we met the nicest Salesman. Mr. John Warren. He was so kind to us, very professional and very knowledgeable about his products. If he didn’t know something that we asked, he said “I’ll find out”. Over the past several months, he has spent several hours showing us coaches. Unfortunately, each time, we were unable to agree on a deal.
But just before Christmas, I got a text from John saying that we needed to come in and check out the Jayco’s they had in. So we went.
And now we are the proud owners of a

We picked our coach up the day after Christmas. It was a really busy day at the dealership. As it worked out, several deliveries were made that day, and it was dark before we got hitched up and on our way home. It didn’t bother us, but the next morning, John called, just to check on us to see that we got home ok. We thought that was pretty sweet.

While our purchase is too new to give accurate information on the RV, we can honestly say that everyone at Great American RV Superstore was a pleasure to work with.

From the moment I submitted an inquiry on the unit we were considering, Trent in sales conractwd me quickly and communicated theoughout our purchasing experience.

When we were sure we were ready to move forward with the purchase, Eric, in finance, contacted us for the required information and to setup a pickup day and rime.

We arrives feom Georgia about 5 minutes before our schedule 9:00am appointment and was greeted by Trent with a nice and warm introduction and handshake. He was justlike we expected after having multiple phone conversations over the past week.

They immediately began inspecting our trade in unit to verify ita what we promised as my wife and I looked at our new unit to be certain it was what we wanted.

While we were getting familiar with the inside, Jonathan came out to show us all the bells and whistles and how to use them. I pointed out a few very minor issues that I didn't expect on a brand new unit and without hesitation, Jonathan assured me they would all be addressed.

We proceeded inside to wait for just a few minutes for Eric to finish with a previous customer. Eric came out to greet us while we walked back to his office.

While we scampered the finance portion, the service department was addressing the aforementioned minor defects.

My wife and I went to have lunch at Shady Acres Village that was recommended by member of the staff.

We returned an hour or so later and our new camper was ready to hook up and head back to Georgia.

On Monday afternoon, the dealership reached out to me to ask if we had any issues while driving home.

I definitely recommended Great American RV Superstore in Hattiesburg, MS. It was well worth our almost 1,000 mile round trip.

Mario is an amazing salesman and he is so thorough and knowledgeable of all the campers. He took his time and answered every question we all had. He was patient when my daughter had a million questions about every one we went into. We will definitely be back and going right to Mario!

Kudos to Scooter and his Service team. Arrived in town Wednesday at the local KOA and realized our fifth wheel hitch was bent and couldn’t disconnect. Called Great American RV. They ordered a new hitch and installed it Friday morning in less than two hours. The hard part was getting the old hitch to release from the RV pin. Again, many thanks to Scooter & his team. I know other dealerships that would say come on in in three or four weeks.
