The store in James City is very convenient, a quick in & out. Prices are very reasonable, selections are good, and the staff rather cheerful. I enjoy popping in, and know I'm saving money, so glad they are here.

The manager of this store is awesome, always calls me by my name and has something nice to say, even asks about my husband. When i have trouble finding something all employees know right where it is and they get it rather then giving me directions. It is a team environment in James City !!

I'm from Alabama and have found my away from home DG favorite. Steven you are wonderful. This store is full of what I call "Southern Hospitality" . It's nice to see that here in NC

Open on Christmas Eve until 10pm! Was able to find brown sugar and wrapping paper. :) DG understands the communities they serve. Like this company and this particular store.

This is a new store...at least to me. It was built after I moved from this area. Very clean, well stocked, staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are great. I'll shop here often.

They have everything . Not stressful like Walmart . Employees always friendly . You don't have to search the store for help . There usually close by stocking shelves.

Always able to find what I need quickly. They need more help though, check out process needs to be quicker, but hard to do with lack of staff.
